Two orders. Two experiences. 1. Unreliable customer service. 2. Unreliable delivery. 3. Unresponsive. 4. Poor communication. 5. Choose another vendor!

No response to emails. Failed to uphold the promised date. And after reading the reviews iam worried how the ring will look. I saw that someone said they´re dropshiping. If i find out that its true. then i will report them for fraud and false advertasing.

I want to warn everyone buying from this fraudulent website: 1. Trying to contact the phone number will end up hanging up the call as soon you choose an option. 2. The advertised address has no business with Brickmasons (is actually a software company). 3. You will not get any reply on your email enquiries. 4. Your order will never arrive.
Stay away from this fraudulent website.

I orders a PDDGM Apron case from Bricksmason on February 14, 2024, to date still have not received the case. Got with a tracking shipment number for DHL and when contacted DHL they informed me a label was prepared but package had not been handed off to them. When chatting with Bricksmasons you get the cock and bull story about they are checking with their fulfillment team. I think this company is a scam and I disputing the charges with my credit card company. Please Please All Breathen don’t do business with this company. Also I’m going to let Amazon know about how they do business and to take them off of Amazon. I’m also alerting the Bettet Business Bureau.

Ordered a cap on 4 Feb 2024. Five weeks later and it still hasn’t shipped. My initial call was answered and I was told “next week”. That was almost four weeks ago. Further calls were not answered. This isn’t a one-off thing. Do not buy from them unless you want to lose your money.

Ordered a ring on Feb 7th. As of March 3rd have not received it. Contacted Cust. Service.Their response was their fulfillment center is currently on holiday. ??? They are in New Jersey and I am in PA. Could have walked it here by now. Says it shipped but the notices I receive are all Waiting item. Seems like a scam. Dont buy from these guys.

Placed an order for an apron, gloves & case on 2/17. Got an acknowledgement. Still has not shipped, cannot get anyone to answer an email... wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I'll give it a few more days before taking any other action. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... OBVIOUSLY NOT MASONS!

I ordered two jackets from this company in December of last year, and haven't received them yet, when someone finally answers the phone I get nothing but apologies, and nothing about my order. Terrible customer service, terrible service.

I ordered the MASTER MASON BLUE LODGE NECKLACE - RHOMBUS and money was taken from my account. After 4 weeks, I still haven’t received it. I can only contact bricksmasons through email because no one answers the phone for me to speak with. The reply I get from email is the tracking item was delivered. Bricksmasons is bad business and I am convinced that this website is a scam.

Before you buy, please read and take heed to what I’m saying I will never order anything else from this company. I ordered a jacket December 23, 2023. It is now January 24, 2024. I have paid for the jacket and I have not yet to receive my jacket I have been giving the runaround lies on top of lies, I still don’t have my jacket I was not offered anything. No one has called me to even say we will refund partial payment you made because of your bad experience you had with us. I will never use this site ever again I have sent messages asking someone to contact me , I spoke with Ryan on several occasions and I felt like he just blew smoke up my butt. I was giving a tracking number that I couldn’t even track. I’m at the point where I want to contact BBB also my television station I’m in the process of writing a letter to the president CEO of the company because this was so unprofessional the worse experience I will not refer my Eastern Star chapter to this site for none of our material. All I want is my jacket. I truly wish someone can contact me because I am that type of person that I will contact every new station. I will post this on all of my social media. I am so hot with this company furious.

I found an item I was really excited about and only this company had this item. I searched every other Masonic supply company, Amazon, eBay, etc. I purchased the item the. I started to read bad reviews after a few days with no communication.

The bad reviews really influenced the way I felt about my purchase. However, “Mark” contacted me and stayed in contact with me via email. No one ever answered the phone.

All said and done I recieved my hand made leather bag, with custom laser engraving for past master, name and lodge number in about 3 weeks.

It is everything I wanted and I am really happy with this product. Initial communication could have been better but everything else was spot on.

As others may have said this item was made overseas and shipped from the UAE. That doesn’t bother me as much but I did think I was ordering from a store in California.

In the end I got a custom made leather product that I really wanted at a price I thought was reasonable. I would recommend bricksmason, and will do business with them again in the future.

The product selection these guys carry in their marketplace is just so impressive. I bought so many products from them over the years. Every time had a great experience. Their customer support are really helpful and I got to be acquainted with them. Mark is great!

My order was completely wrong and short. It took over 12 weeks to get 1 item that wasn't even what I ordered

This company has the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. They are extremely thorough, friendly, responsive, and truly want to help you. Mark was amazing in helping me with my order and double checked every detail of some custom embroidery work I wanted done on my apron and case. Truth be told my order has not even been delivered yet and I felt compelled to write this review. I will try and update this when I receive my order.
