Efficient and professional service provided by Adan. From flight selection to issue of tickets..a truly seamless experience. I will certainly use again.

Adan was amazing helping us throughout our trip to Thailand from initial flights, connecting flights and also internal flights we booked while travelling.
He made our trip run very smoothly.
He is a credit you your company and I have referred Adan to many of my friends to use in the future. I have already been back in touch with Adan for possible trips way at Christmas which he is currently helping with.
Again thank you so much for the service.

The professional way from start to finish was amazing Brian was very polite and respectful
First class I will not hesitate to use again

I already know from my previous booking with Bridge Air back in February that I would be in good hands and receive a first class service when I knew Aban was handling my booking. I've been up in the skies so many times for almost 60 years and must have clocked getting on for half a million Air miles and I can truthfully say I've never had better service anywhere than the all round care and assistance given by Aban, was totally gobsmacked the last day when I had reached my destination in Thailand and Aban called to enquire if I had a pleasant journey and whether there had been any issues ! What a guy and so caring! Wherever my future travels take me it's Bridge everytime 🙏

Well, very helpful right from the beginning. Everything was efficient, and quick, just how I like it,
No complications.
Would definitely tell friends, and use them again...

Research for our requirements were great

Great experience, Sam Hanook was very patient and accommodating. I was abit spectacle in the beginning but Sam made the process of finding and booking flights and hotel easy. He was really patient with all my questions and stayed late making sure I was satisfied with my books and until I received confirmation. All in all great service on his behalf, wish him the best.

The service i got from Sam was very good
He sorted my booking out at a price I was happy with
Overall Sam was very professional he was worth the 5 stars

Brian, he was a great help. Normally I struggle to find the best deals where flights are concerned but he made it so simple. Fantastic! A happy customer, thank you.

Very helpful service, they continued to source the best for me . This is the 3rd time I’ve used them and I will continue

Everything was so easy and accommodating… even when I kept changing my mind about what I wanted to do and what times I wanted it was really simple. So much easier than having to do the whole thing by yourself. Thank you so much.
