Any company that continues to do business with abusive landlords is a red flag. We were harassed and bullied, and Bridges did nothing to assist as the middle man. The fact they still do business with this particular landlord is disappointing, and we worry for the new tenants in the house that may experience the same horrible treatment. I hope in future Bridges reconsider who they partner with and how this can impact their reputation.

I decided that Aldershot could be somewhere to relocate my family to, so I called Bridges and to my delight spoke to Miss Reece Khutan, who after a ten minute conversation completely understood all my needs. She had excellent local knowledge, a professional approach & very accommodating. Looking forward to working with her in the foreseeable future. Reece is definitely a credit to Bridges!

Practically wanted a mortgage in place before even a viewing. Or of course you could talk to their financial advisor LOL!!

Scam Company!

After having inspected a property for one of their purchasers I advised the client to revise their offer in light of the surveyors report and my own observations. The agent was insistent that the purchaser was unable to withdraw from the sale at such a late stage. despite not having exchanged contracts. This advice was obviously not correct as I explained to my clients. Honesty in any business is paramount and
I Nothing more than a jumped up car sales man.

I cannot praise Laura Attrill from the Bridges Aldershot branch enough. She has been extremely professional, always efficient and without doubt a total pleasure to speak with.

I highly recommend this team.

The sales team at Bridges in Aldershot are excellent.
I've both purchased and sold my house with them and both experiences were spot on.

Most recently on my sale, they were extremely professional from the beginning right through the end of the process.
They are genuinely helpful and communication with them was great.

Terrible customer service. This company is so inflated and consumed by its wide reach in Hampshire it has no care for its customer base. It can't even keep across it. No Call backs or confirmation emails sent for viewings. Nothing in my junk folder so emails clearly aren't being sent! Several times I arranged viewings on properties to be confirmed by email and then you hear nothing... Call up asking about my booking, no record at all of my interest in said property?!!
On the off chance you actually do get confirmation to see a property, that's never really confirmation. 3 times I have been stood up going to the property at the arranged time and no agent turns up... ??? Call the office: - 'oh I'm sorry sir the house is now under offer.'
A phone call, an email, a pigeon with a note, anything would have been nice to let me know so I don't waste my day turning up for nothing! Fuming isn't the word I'm sick and tired of being messed around by this incompetent excuse for an estate agent. Be warned!!

We are currently in process of buying a property through Bridges in Fleet. Unfortunately the buyer of my property pulled out this week and I have had to re-market. Luckily I spoke to Amy Buckley at Fleet who was very understanding of our situation and put me at ease. She spent time talking to me and helped me understand the current situation. We now have a new buyer so hope to complete soon but want to thank Amy for her time today after a rollercoaster week.

Just wanted to say how pleased we are with the level of service provided by Callum from the Farnborough branch. Having used Bridges previously i wasn't too sure about using them again but Callum has been spot on from the very 1st phone call to the office.
He has listened to our needs and requirements and has been attentive, informative and in general very helpful and pleasant. We only viewed 2 properties and found the experience stress free.

A shocking experience of customer service from a member of staff at Aldershot branch. Not all deals pull through, however, you don't speak aggressively to a customer and warn of not being able to purchase a property via Bridges in the area. Worst customer service experience ever.

Bridges Farnham managed to secure a buyer for our home, at a price we were happy with, very quickly. When the chain above collapsed and the sale looked less certain they helped reassure our buyers, so we were able to move into our new home just before Christmas.

Three e-mails sent to Saskia Blaber over a course of 3 weeks to make enquiries and 3 emails totally ignored and unanswered and this after their Head of sales Martin Coombs attempting to contact us to discuss the very poor service we have had from Bridges of Hook and Basingstoke. They really do not care about offering any sort of customer service at all unless they are using forceful underhanded sales tactics to get you to have a product from them, then you can't stop them from calling you unless you block their numbers.

My first move in nearly 25 years and Kevin calmly and professionally took me through the whole journey, managing all my ‘silly’ questions and the anxieties of making a big move to The West Country. I highly recommend him and the team at the Hook branch

We couldn’t recommend Bridges in Hook highly enough , they handled our house sale extremely professionally and Lewis Jackson worked tirelessly to see our sale through to completion. A great Estate Agents.

Bridges looked after me well and kept me informed on how my purchase was progressing.

Pls stay away from them. I’ve viewed a property to buy and went ahead with purchase process only to know from my solicitor that the property can’t be mortgages and later I’ve found that bridges knew already that property can not be mortgaged but never informed me.

Kevin and the Bridges team in Hook went above and beyond to get our sale across the line in our very difficult, long chain. They efficiently managed all aspects of the move and their communication process was exceptional, both with us and all agents involved. We can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy. Thank you again :)
