I Had a brilliant chat this morning with Andrew Michael, He was able to answer all of my questions quickly and effectively and was overall very helpful in sorting out the issues i had.

Daniel was very professional and flexible in his delivery of information and training. He took time to understand what was a priority and covered all requested topics within designated timeframe.

The person guiding me through the platform has a good communication skill. She explains all function within the platform well, she doesn't speak too fast or too slow, and she does not have a difficult accent to understand, which makes a great learning experience.

Drew Hopper at Bright HR was excellent. He attentively listened to my needs for the session, provided thorough explanations, and followed up with an email containing all relevant information.

Despite having only 45 minutes, Drew Hopper service was exceptional, addressing all my queries comprehensively. I left the session with a wealth of information.

Drew significantly enhanced my understanding of HR processes, offering simple yet effective information that expedited my learning.

Daniel was great in delivering the software training over Zoom and in taking us through the relevant steps required for us in order to use the system BrightHR to the best of our ability.

Stephany explained all the functions of Bright HR in a clear and understanding way, she went through the process of adding a new employee with me. She was friendly and able to answer all my questions.

Andrew (and his lovely European tan) was very friendly and outgoing, always happy to ensure I was understanding the material he was showing me and very happy and cheerful. His friendly demeaner was welcoming and made the 30mins feel like 10! I really appreciated how Andrew was happy to try and assist in any way he could.
