My own Brillen’s experience
I collected my glasses today from Brillen (Wood Green shopping Centre). Staff were very polite, helpful and very professional. They’ve also kindly polished and tightened my previous pair of glasses. Just after collecting my new glasses the optician tested my eyes to make sure everything was okay. My 2 frames from the Classic range + varifocal prescriptions lenses on both pairs didn’t cost me an arm and a leg as I used their last minute deal at £99. I can gladly say Thank You Brillen for providing affordable deals 😊

My experience:- Redditch branch, avoid like the plague. Unbelievably bad service, in fact non- existent service. My wife and I ordered 2 pairs of glasses each on 16/8, the store phoned to say they were ready and could we collect, I then tried to make an appointment. The problem is that they only seem to open a couple of days mid- week, which is pretty useless for a working person. If we had known this we would never have ordered obviously. I have been trying to sort this out for a week now and all I get is promises but no action. We are frankly disgusted.

Sold glasses unnecessarily
The result of my eye test was that my eye sight had deteriorated and that I needed new glasses. I agreed and went ahead with the purchase. When my new glasses arrived I compared the vision to that of my old pair. It was identical. I was mis-sold glasses that I did not need and as a result will not be using Brillen again.

Super service at BRILLEN HORLEY SURREY.
Super service. Had my glasses done a month ago.Great prices glasses are really nice.Wife was in this week to have her glasses sorted. Because of such great prices could afford to have both our glasses done. Steve the manager in shop was brilliant very very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products in the shop.l will be recommending Brillen.co.uk to all my friends with any hesitation. Renee @ the Middleton M24 store was Brilllliant 👍😁
What a wonderful experience 😍 Renee was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so at ease, & as I had never had a virtual eye test before she explained everything in normal terms that I totally understood, Renee was also brilliant when it came to selecting my frames, she took lots of pictures so I could see what suited me best. Last but not least was the price which I am happy to say "Renee you are a star 🌟" thank you for the coffee too 😄 xx

I went to the Horley branch of Brillen…
I went to the Horley branch of Brillen - and I received an eye test - after which I purchased 2 pairs of Varifocals for £99.
The service I received from Steve, the Branch Manager, as well as the remote Optomerterist was second to none.
I would highly recommend any one that is in need of proper glasses to go to this store.

Excellent frames and lightweight lens
I have just purchased my third pair if glasses from this company. These rimless frames are the most lightweight and comfortable frames I have ever had. The quality is excellent and value is fantastic!
