Ordered online and product was delivered within a few days.

The communication after purchasing was terrible. The email said it was being delivered even though I selected click and collect. When I called to query this I was told there was no order for me. I called back the following day and after being passed to different people I was told I’d get a call back, two days passed, no call back, eventually I drove to the store and the person there gave me what I had purchased from the shelves and advised he’d let the online team know and they could replace the one from the store. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use again, sometimes it’s best pay a little more for what you need.
