Used for short holiday pick up and return from airport. Arrived on time at 4am and for return journey as well.
Very pleased with service and we will be using again in near future. Recommend this company. No problems.

Reliable and timely

We’ve used British Airport Transfers on several occasions and have never been let down. On our most recent trip, both journeys (to/from Heathrow) were excellent but we think that Abdul on the return journey, went over and above. We’d had a fairly traumatic holiday (my sister had been hospitalised) so we were definitely not at our best. He was early, and was waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a relief, he slowed down without complaint to accommodate my sister’s slow progress to the car, and took all our cases. Traffic was heavy but he kept a steady progress (no unnecessary zipping from lane to lane) and got us home safely and in good time. He also carried my cases up the outside stairs to my front door, for which I was enormously grateful. His manner and conversation were pleasant and informed. Would definitely recommend this company.

Company accepted my booking and payment then 3 days before trip cancelled as I am suddenly 'outside their booking' area. Here's a novel idea, don't accept bookings from areas you cant fulfil and if you do in error...give more notice! Really disappointing service. Would NOT recommend.

I've struggled to find a taxi service that can get me to and from luton airport successfully without standing around with my finger up my nose. Unfortunately this company has also let me down. I used them to get to the airport and they were great. Arrived at my residence early, in fact. For my return booking, thinking I'd finally cracked the curse of bad taxis, I was pulled back into the firey underworld of frustrating service. I even tried following up when I landed so that I wasn't left standing around, as I have been with other providers, whilst they fetched a driver after my call with them. So, I called roughly 40 mins before my predefined pickup time after landing to confirm they were sending someone out for the time I had booked. I was assured there was someone on their way and that I would receive a call from my driver. When there was no call 5 minutes before my allocated pickup time, I had to call the office to get the number of my driver, and once I did get through to them they said they would be ten minutes. If you've read this far, well done. The end of the story is that they arrived 15 mins after my collection time which when you booked a taxi for a specific time, is just plain rude and unprofessional. Didn't even get a sorry for being that late.

Very unpleasant airport transfer service!
We confirmed our booking online and also by return of email, so effectively did it twice. The driver’s first question at the arrivals was “are you four people?”. He was displeased with the group size (2 adults and 2 children), although I mentioned that all details were confirmed twice with their company. He did not greet us, did not offer any help with loading the suitcases, simply got off the car and opened the boot to let my husband manage it all in his own.
Once we were in the car, we noticed half-finished Macdonald’s meal. The car was smelling unbearably and it was after 2am in the morning, we were very tired after a long flight. The driver continued eating his meal while driving without any excuses or offers of apologies for inconvenience. It was also not safe! He also kept on fidgeting with his phone, sending text messages occasionally, and engaging in two other private (lengthy) phone calls via headphones. We were on the motorway for most of the journey and looking at him tapping on his phone and responding to message was unbearable. We did not want to be difficult or confrontational, did not say anything to the driver, but feel obliged to leave this review to spare others from such a poor and irresponsible service. The company management shall offer their drivers some minimal training and ensure that there is sufficient monitoring to upkeep the required standards in the profession.

Informed 10 minutes prior to pick up that driver could not come, with no back up driver available for 2 hours. Useless. Would not use if you actually want to get to the airport.

The company confirmed all details with me a day before, and the driver called me before I came out and led me to the vehicle and helped me with luggage, took short cuts to avoid traffic jams, nice experience and worth recommending.

They were on time. They send me 'Your taxi is on the way' and ' Your taxi has arrived' reminders with the car plate and the drivers name. I will continue to use their service.

Easy to book online, confirmed straight away with good communication from company, driver called hour beforehand to confirm pickup time. Driver was prompt and polite. Very happy with service and would definitely use again. Child seats available on request

Booked a few times and drivers have always arrived early, with cars as advertised and have been very helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and communication is really good too. Will continue to use them for all airport transfers.
