The driver was on time and very talkative during our journey which was lovely. Comfortable ride and plenty but room for our bags . Thank you it was great !

Booked on the day to come home and panicked that this might not be the real deal. Our usual provider could not get a driver to us. But, I should not have. Driver was there on time to meet us, good price, easy communication great driver who got us home even though the plane had been delayed by some time. would recommend.

Good communication and prompt service from both drivers - outward to Gatwick and return from Heathrow for six people on a family holiday. A booster seat was provided for one of the children. One star lost as the trip to Gatwick was in an older vehicle with no air con during one of this Summer's heatwaves.

Both drivers we used were on time, well presented in a clean vehicle. We were advised in advance what our drivers name was and the vehicle reg. We made an alteration to our p/up time and this was confirmed verbally and by a follow up text. Avery good service

Brilliant experience. I had my flight delayed and phone died and they still managed to wait for me over an hour, find me and provide me a charger to get me home safely. Driver was really friendly and I felt very safe during the service. Would highly recommend

We used Fastlane to take us to and collect us from Manchester Airport. They were punctual and very pleasant to ride with. I couldn't fault the service at all. It was easy to order and pay online and the online chat facility made contact easy.
On our return journey I had provided a flight number and requested a pickup 1 hour after the scheduled landing in case there were any hold ups. We landed ahead of schedule and were quickly through collecting our luggage. Potentially we had over an hour to wait. However I received a call to say that our taxi was waiting in the Express pick up zone.
The return journey was just as good and I would highly recommend Fastlane and I will definitely use the service again.

The booking process was easy to navigate. Communication with the driver was clear and concise prior to pick up. The journey home was smooth and comfortable. Would use this company again.

i use Manchester Airport regularly for business and pleasure and this week decided to use Fastlane Transfers for the first time. I found them to be extremely professional from beginning to end.
The driver was a real gentleman with impeccable manners and was a pleasure to chat with throughout the trip. in future Fastlane will be my first choice!

I’ve used fast line taxis several times and they’ve consistently impressed me with how reliable and are the cheapest around. I have used them for airport runs and honestly have taken all my stresses away with travelling by myself with my four children. I have booked in advance and they havnt let me down once each time sending confirmation and reminders etc which is reassurance that is needed when travelling. The drivers always come on time and even early and there has been no pressure always been told there is no rush.

What does it for me is how friendly and approachable the drivers are. They create a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere during the journey, and are always happy to help with luggage.

On top of that, their prices are very reasonable compared to when i have rung around for quotes from other local services. It’s refreshing to find a company that offers such great value without compromising on quality and have always given a good price for being a regular customer.

Overall, this is a dependable, affordable, and genuinely customer-focused taxi service that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free ride.

1st time using Fastlane today 7am pickup from Gatwick South. Our plane landed 45mins early and our driver Qamar Rabani contacted me as soon as we landed, and met us in arrivals , enabling us to get on the road and beat the rush hour , will use again and recommend 100%

Punctual and friendly driver in clean and comfortable car. Plenty of communication before and at pick up which avoided any miscommunication.

We booked a 6am transfer from The Clermont Victoria to Gatwick. Our driver was helpful with our bags and got us to the airport on time. He was friendly as well. iIwould use Fastlane transfers again.
