Boldly Fit has been SO impactful in my wellness journey! I originally had a goal to lose weight for my wedding, but the process became so much more than that. Not only did I feel beautiful on my wedding day, but I feel HEALTHIER as a whole, and have a better understanding of what my body NEEDS. Britt has been so supportive, and motivated me every step of the way!

Boldly fit helped education me on nutrition and exercises that are most efficient to me based on where I am in my cycle. I have received support when I ask and am given the freedom to move workouts to fit my schedule.

The app is easy to use and check ins are weekly so it is very manageable.

Britt is amazing! She is very knowledgeable in her field and beyond. As I move into Legacy phase of her program I am looking forward to increasing knowledge on my overall health; mind, body and soul.

Britt does a great job of customizing your program and focus areas weekly to work with your actual life, not the life you might present online while keeping your goals and well-being in mind. She has done more than give me confidence in the gym; she has also given me the confidence to listen to my body's needs and make choices based on those feelings.
I've been working with Britt for over a year and have loved her genuine care and concern for me during good and tough times. She also helped me focus on how to get back into a routine if I missed some days.

Boldly Fit provides individualized recommendations with respect to nutrition and workouts based on your specific goals. I was able to see results within the first 3 months that I have struggled to see for the past few years. Britt is a great leader who prioritizes the need for each of her clients. Would highly recommend for those who are struggling to see changes despite many efforts. Boldly Fit has not only been effective, but the methods so far have been pretty sustainable as well.
