Delivery was satisfactory and the product was great. I love Moon products they are such high quality. However if you order on line, returns could be improved. Although I didn't have to return my order, the only option you have is to post it back to the Head Office at Guiseley. You cant return to any of the shops. Whilst this wouldn't stop me from ordering on line again I do think this system could be improved. Apart from that it was good.

Buy British ! This was one of the reasons I bought these throws. A bit more expensive than other's on the market, and larger than most. The choice of colours is excellent, well made, good quality wool and soft.

I have placed an order for 3 throws on 11th of April. I got an automatic acknowledgment but not confirmation with estimated ship date. Then on the 14th, a parcel turned up with two of the throws, but no notification that these were dispatched beforehand and no information that the 3rd item is still outstanding and when it might be shipped. I have sent an email through the company’s website on 16th of April and there is still no answer. I have called on the phone and it seems they are not taking calls at the moment either. If I try to see the status of my order on the website the order is just showing as processing. I think they are not well set up for online sales, not to the level we’ve come to expect in this day and age.
They could compensate for lack of systems by manning their email and phones but that is also not happening as fas as I can see.

Lovely product and prompt delivery, which surprised me with the dramas of sending good to NI post Brexit. Only comment is that a BT postcode is Northern Ireland . You addressed my package to Republic of Ireland. Please check your systems.
