When will I learn to read Trustpilot first. I ordered a mattress topper. Expensive one. After struggling to get it in the house and on my bed, I find that the mattress topper is too small by two inches on either side. Of course I'm not going to haul this thing off now. I can make it work but what a waste of $600.

I ordered a pillow, which took a very long time to be delivered. Upon receipt, I knew immediately I would be returning it as it wasn’t a good size for me. I have emailed with no response. I have called them , been on hold for 17 minutes only to be told that I was going to be disconnected and someone would email me. This company’s customer service is very poor. Especially in today’s world where people can go and shop anywhere. For their customer service alone, I would not recommend this company.

This is the first time I had purchased from Brooklyn Bedding. I ordered a Titan mattress on-line, and it was delivered a couple weeks later.
It required 30 days of trial with a max of 100 days to utilize the return.
The mattress felt ok at first, but by the end of the trial period it felt very uncomfortable.
I initially set up a return, but was convinced to try a mattress topper, which I did to try and give the company a chance to make the situation better.
The topper didn’t help, and when I tried to initiate a return of the mattress again they said I could no longer return because I was outside of the 100 days.
Never mind the fact that contacting the company seems to be only by email (I have tried the chat, but it consistently told me to try back later (even though I tried within their listed hours of operation).
I tried to do right by the company, and was rewarded with being stuck with a horrible mattress.
I would recommend choosing a different company, maybe one that will stand by their product. Brooklyn Bedding will not go the extra mile, or meet you anywhere near half-way.

This company lies about their "hassle-free" returns, doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer the phone, and the AI chat bot is broken and refuses to connect to a person but instead just spits out links to unrelated pages on their site.

After spending a few painful (and sweaty) months using their luxe cool mattress that was supposed to be medium firmness but felt like sleeping on an uneven rock, I tried to return my mattress. Fruitless time spent connecting me to their "donation partner" that was supposed to do all the work but made me post to FB marketplace to find someone willing to take it and do all the labor to get the mattress out of my home. It's now been over a week since this 3rd party company supposedly submitted my paperwork back to Brooklyn Bedding and I have had no further communication. I've been blowing up every channel I can find but no one will return any kind of communication back to me other than automated emails that claim they have my support request and I should get a response in 24 hours. It's been days and I don't know where else to turn. Where is my money?!

I am so happy with my mattress purchase. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up. Feels great and I will definitely purchase again. Great work!

Retail experience: Brooklyn Bedding, in Mesa, on Main Street (2/25/24). Promptly greeted by Armando Ybarra, Store Mgr. He remembered us from our last purchase, a few years ago! We are repeat customers. We told him we wanted the same mattress as our last purchase, but a different size for another bed. He looked up our last purchase information. He provided choices, with time to experience the differences, by laying on them. He provided detail explanation of each mattress. Picked the one we loved, bought it.
Delivery (3/9/24): Kennith and Alonso were fabulous! Efficient, polite, and professional! Would definitely request Kennith and Alonso to deliver our next mattress when needed.
We scrutinize retailers' customer service and their delivery/setup personnel regarding any and all purchases, as needed. If they do not meet our standards, we no longer use them. Brooklyn Bedding has yet to disappoint us, from start to finish.
We highly recommend them!

I hate this bed so, so much. It's actually painful to sleep in. When I contacted CS, they offered to send me a mattress topper. It helped, but come summer, that thing is hotter than the fiery pits of Mordor. By the time summer hit, I was beyond the trial period. Then the pillow top of the mattress has started to bunch. I contacted them and sent pictures. I was told I had to left the mattress and provide pictures of the frame. I flat out told them I can't lift the mattress. I have a back condition. They don't care. Basically said sorry about your luck. I'm stuck with it. I wake up feeling bruised on all my large joints despite the number of toppers I put on it. It also radiates heat. Seriously the worst.

While the product did not work for us, it was the terrible customer service and return process that warrants this low review. Beware the free trial is not free and you may have to find your own means of discarding a mattress that they will then charge a pick up fee for. Just avoid Brooklyn Bedding.

I wouldn't even leave 1 star if I didn't have to. Before we purchased this dog bed, I did due diligence; read all reviews that I could find, cross-referenced other beds FOR DAYS and yet we are still out of pocket for $146.00 before tax and shipping because what we received is a useless empty sack. It's laughable how poorly the centre of this bed was constructed.

I feel like a total idiot for not sending it back as soon as we received it but I was so hopeful that it would be of good quality that I let it cloud my judgement. We purchased it for our 15 year old boy and we really hoped that it could give him comfort.

Brooklyn Bed begs for reviews and photos of your pets lying on their beds. I refused to send a photo but I sent a quick review stating that my dog loved his new bed. And he acted like he did until all the fuss was over and he started sleeping on the couch again.

We received this bed back in Mar/23 and the centre of it was completely clumped on one end and flat on the other. The instructions were to leave it in the sun to air and fluff out but being Canada in March, I followed the alternative instructions of kneading, fluffing it and leaving it in room for a couple of days so that my dog could not lie on it. It was still flat so I purchased an expensive piece of thick carpeting to put underneath. It was delivered in vacuum sealed plastic, so I hoped (more fool me) that when I finally washed it, the filling would expand but It didn't. The result was the same, nothing but an empty sack in the centre. Just two pieces of thin fabric with nothing in the middle.

I have sent and received many emails to/from Brooklyn Bed. I was asked to send photos which I did. I received a response stating that they had looked up the weight from Canada Post and concluded that there was the correct amount of stuffing.

I washed it a second time, in hopes that it would magically fluff up but of course, it didn't. I sent another email at which point, I was asked to send videos which I refused to do. I had already sent many photos. I asked them over and over again to allow us to send it back so that they could tangibly feel what a video could not conclude. That's when they informed me that the Canadian company that I thought that I was purchasing from was actually located in New Zealand. Their Montreal address was only the picking and packing location, therefor, there was no person there that could officially determine that the bed was poorly made. I would have laughed had I not wasted that much money.

Needless to say, I was refused to be allowed to send it back and given the inevitable brush off. I couldn't believe it when I read their responding email. They had passed our pictures "around the office" and not one of their employees in the office could see a problem with the bed. Inconceivable. That is how their quality control is conducted?

Admittedly, I should have followed my head when I received the bed. I knew that it wasn't right but I had seen many great reviews and I doubted my judgement.

I am so tired of paying good money for crap. I hope that this review will make customers aware of what to look out for upon delivery. I am now going to copy/paste this review and send it to Brooklynn Dog Bed. I have nothing to hide and would like full disclosure about the quality of their dog beds. If they ever did make good quality beds, we certainly did not receive one.

I recently purchased a mattress from Brooklyn Bedding that claimed it was a medium-firm mattress 6 on the scale . However, upon receiving the mattress, I quickly realized that it was much softer than I had anticipated. I reached out to the company again, and they told me that this matrasses is not alliable for any warranty

I was extremely disappointed with the company's response, as I felt that they had misled me about the firmness of the mattress, and then refused to honor their warranty when I wasn't satisfied with the product. I would caution others against purchasing from this company, as their claims about their products may not be accurate and their customer service is lacking.

Stay away from this brand and do not purchase this dog bed or any other items from these unlawful scumbags. I WISH I had done more research. Think this brand are laser-focused on hiding the truth and purposely deceiving us and misrepresenting the product they are selling consumers. They are not being transparent and are removing honest reviews from ALL customers (which is likely many them as the ones on there are FAKE) who've had a negative experience with this cheap quality, overpriced, way-too-fluffy, dog bed.

This brand claims to be Australia’s #1 dog bed. It doesn’t even come in on top 10 product reviews anywhere. It is costs a fortune for the end product you get and to top it off, my dog doesn’t think much of it. I suppose, like others, I got sucked in by the advertising and hype. Well done to your scummy marketing team for being brilliant scammers.

As mentioned in the listing - ‘perfect for all seasons (including summer)’ - this company are being completely false. The Brooklyn is a fluffy bed that is not suitable for hot evenings. It is just way too fluffy for my dog to stay cool in. I Imagine any dog with longer hair would really struggle. Our whippet has no hair and only tolerates it on some cooler nights but completely rejects the bed if it's muggy or a warm evening. Forget during the day, she will opt a cooler spot elsewhere. The padding of the bed is so sunken she just gets lost in it - no wonder she leaves mid way through the night to find some respite from the oven she is in.

And again, claiming ‘Brooklyn's easily fit into washing machines, no matter the size’ is such a lie. The bed will not fill into a washing standard washing machine and I’d be surprised if it fit in a commercial one. These guys are so full of it and making money off people left right and centre as they delete any negative reviews and only keep the ‘good’ aka FAKE ones.

And the kicker is the same of the century - 30 day money back guarantee but only if the bed is packaged and unused. They claim they have a Better Sleep Guarantee but will only refund you once they deem the product is acceptable to return. Oh and this after they send you emails telling you to remove the bed from the packaging and fluff it up - very convenient. They don't say what happens once you've returned it and they don't deem it 'acceptable' for refund. They are criminals.

The worst dog bed I have ever bought - Kmart is better and a fraction of the price. They claim to be an 'Australian boutique' but they have no ABN or Australian address.

these reviews are for 2 separate companies. If you notice, the good reviews are for a human mattress company. The poor reviews are for the dog bed company with similar name. I came here to check reviews for the dog beds because I noticed the company hides any comments that are not positive on their ad's. I hope trustpilot will separate these reviews as it is unfair to the good mattress company to have their rating pulled down by the bad reviews for the pet bed company

Nonexistent customer service. I bought a pillow and immediately emailed for a return (no longer needed). They just never responded to multiple emails, tweets and voicemails. So now I’m stuck with an unopened $100 pillow I don’t need.

Not at all what they advertise. My 70 lb. Lab flattened this bed right to the floor. The way it comes packaged it has to been opened and fluffed because your dog has to touch it to check quality you warrenty is void. Good scam they have going. Quality is 0 the warrenty is 0 the respect from company -10. Do not waste you money or your time with this bed.

I was so so disappointed with my Brooklyn dog bed. It’s honestly exactly the same as a Kmart one but way way more expensive.
If you are truly looking for a dog bed that is good for big dogs, look up Barney Beds. I wish I’d have known this before wasting $130 on a flat lumpy dog bed for my senior big dog, that is exactly the same as the $45 one at Kmart

They sent the wrong sized bed not once, but twice. Then I wanted to return it because it's a low quality bed and does not provide appropriate support and leads to lower back pain. They said I was out of the trial period, but I thought it shouldn't start until I got the right sized bed and they reluctantly agreed to a return within 30 days. Then, you're supposed to donate the bed to a local charity and if you have trouble, to call them and they will help you find a donation site. I had trouble and called multiple times, but they would not call me back. Just after the 30 days, I finally found someone and sent proof of donation, but again they refused to call me back after multiple phone calls and multiple emails. Bottom line, they will not stand behind their product and why should they as they know it's junk.

Their website lists silica as a material for their mattresses. Fiberglass is made up of silica and companies uses greenwashing terms like silica, glass wool, and glass fibers to trick people into thinking their products don’t have fiberglass. They’re owned by Helix, which has fiberglass in their mattresses.

I also got a mattress topper from them and it was made in China, not in the US like their website claimed. And it said it was “500% polyester” and “500% foam.” What does that even mean?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They’re a super dishonest company that uses loopholes like these to sell you dangerous products.

Nothing like the photos. The dark grey looks navy and the light grey is silver - both are shiny. The fabric is very thinly spread, there are many bare spots. The inner stuffing is cheap. So overpriced. Better quality/larger bed from Costco for under $60.

I was loaned the origional anxiety bed which is fantastic. The Brooklyn comes no where near you might as well purchase a Kmart at 1/4 of the price. Disappointed

The product and customer service at this company are pathetic. The “calming dog bed” that ensures a full night of restful sleep does the opposite. My dog wakes up on the hard floor every morning despite the bed being constantly fluffed up. When I approached customer service about this, they offered to help by stating if I didn’t want this to continue to happen, I should buy the premium dog bed instead. Spend more money? Yeah, no thanks. They’re aware the product isn’t fit for purpose yet it’s sold anyway. At an exuberant price I might add. Avoid at all costs!!
