The best online store I have seen, its security and the trust it transmits is excellent, thank you for your attention and service, which is fast and effective, I am satisfied with my purchase of mattresses.

Garbage. The Brooklyn calming dog bed is complete and utter rubbish, adding insult to injury there are very obvious fake reviews on their website, take the time to read one or two and you’ll spot them! I have reported the site to trading standards and one other agency but I doubt it will do much good as they’ll just sell them elsewhere under a different name. Calming dog bed….these beds are about as calming as a panic attack, cheapest piece of rubbish, you wouldn’t even call it a dog bed. That’s bad enough but the fake reviews are basically a con.

Last time I bought a Pillow and a Blanket they was very comfortable the quality is very good and the price is very good as well

Worst company ever. The beds are not good at all. Claim they have double the amount of filling as cheap beds. I purchased a Kmart one the same and this was much more supportive and had more filling it it for $40 than the $250 price I paid for Brooklyn.
It is poor quality, as I move it I caught it on the door handle and it completely ripped haha what a joke of a company. I contacted them to discuss that is not only took two months to arrive and they are not transparent about where their beds are made and from (china) and of the poor quality and they said too bad. Do not support them!!!

This review is for thebrooklyn.net dog bedding company. RUN AWAY!!! They have the worst customer service I have experienced. They are rude, and they lack respect for their customers. I ordered the XL bed for 150 Canadian dollars; my dog shredded the bed in the first week because of such low quality. They don't stand behind their product. After many back and forths via emails, the best they said they could do was to send me another bed at wholesale, and guess how much is their wholesale price? Over $100!! I had ordered a second bed from them because I wanted one for the bedroom vs. the living room (before my dog had shredded this thing into pieces). I asked if they could offer their crappy discount on the second bed that was in the mail. Guess what? They refused to do that! I asked to return the second bed because I was so fed up with them. They don't offer free returns, and I had to pay $35 to return it from my pocket. Had I opened the package, I would have had to send it back to CHINA! And that would have cost triple the expense. I am not kidding. I shared that I was so disappointed with their product and lack of service and would leave a negative review. They said they will only refund me for the second bed that is totally unopened (and fully advertised on their website as easy 30 day return) if I don't leave a negative review. That's blackmailing. they said if left a negative review, they would report me to local official! Who are these people? Please don't trust the reviews on their website because they are fake! RUN AWAY; save your money and sanity!!

This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with! They outsource ALL of their customer service. Won't answer corporate emails, double charges for single item and won't correct the problem. I ordered a mattress based on biased reviews that are on YouTube. While waiting for it I found real reviews on redit which were honest and BAD. I returned the mattress immediately without taking it out of the box and received a refund. However they charged me again and refused to correct the second charge. I tried to bypass the outsourced customer service (Zendesk) by contacting the corporate office to no avail! No phone numbers and won't answer emails. Took almost 3 months to get my money back by disputing the charge through my credit card company. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this horrible company!

Bought the XL Brooklyn Bed for our labradoodle irs a great bed but costs us a fortune to keep clean, they say machine washable but it’s so big it doesn’t fit into our normal size washing machine so have to go to the laundromat an use there large duvet machine which costs $10 a time, so expensive bed. Probably great if you have a small dog an small bed

After fluffing it up as instructed, my elderly Jack Russell hopped in curled up and wont come out. Very pleased.

I'm so surprised by the negative comments here re: Brooklyn Bedding. Shocked would be more accurate.
I did my usual research before buying online and chose BB as overall best. And indeed they have been.

It arrived early, was as easy to set up as opening its box and waiting 8 hours for it to plump. That was three years ago and today we love it even more.
I'd love to see a video of all that these people went through just to understand what went wrong.

The worst mattress you can buy, i couldn’t even sleep on it. I also bought a mattress frame and now squeek everytime you move.

I have been trying to get some response from the company on a Plank queen sized mattress we bought 2 years ago. It is no longer firm and was warrantied for much longer than 2 years. I tried using the online customer service which refused to assist us since we purchased it in a brick and mortar store (even though the mattress is shipped from the manufacturer). The first date of my contact with the online customer service was 2/16/2022. It was not for two weeks that they finally responded and said we needed to go to the store for a warranty issue. So I did and spoke to the "manager" at the location, Mr. Ybarra. He said we would need to have inspectors come to the home and look at the bed. It took more than a week, but they arrived and only took measurements and looked at the box spring. They never sat or even pressed on the mattress, only took measurements. We waited and got no response. So I called and was told by the manager that we would need to talk to the salesperson (from two years ago) about the bed to have him come out, sit on the bed, feel if it was sagging and authorize a "warranty service". We have not heard from him. We waited two more weeks and then went in this week and spoke to the manager again, Mr. Ybarra. He said he could not do anything, we needed to speak with the salesperson who sold us the bed and the salesperson would arrange a time to come out. He was allegedly going to be at work the next day (he has never been in the store when we call or stopped by). I have now been trying to get some relief as this bed is horribly uncomfortable and causing severe back and leg pain. I've had an x-ray and MRI of my back and there is nothing wrong with me that would cause this pain, so it must be muscular and since I am mostly fine after getting out of bed, sounds like the bed is the issue. I want a refund for this bed so that we can get a decent mattress from another store.

Purchased a dog bed on Feb 25th didn't know it was being shipped from China. Won't give refund has been a month no product has been delivered. Shipping tracking number says it has not been shipped yet.

I bought the bed in medium as adviced by brooklyn for a bichon and shitzu to share after 3 weeks of use the bed os only used in tv room at night there are holes in both the blanket i have in there crate i could have bought a similiar bed for less than half the price but i went by the wedsite saying these where much better quality they are poor quality and i wouldnt reccomend them at all the dogs like lying in the bed but with holes and filling coming out they will have to go in the bin total waste of money

Loving my Brooklyn Signature Hybrid mattress! Customer service was great -- I called and they helped me understand when and how the mattress would be delivered. It was delivered super quickly, and the mattress is not only super comfortable but it also doesn't smell like chemicals as my IKEA mattress did when it was new.

Horrible bed. Super cheaply made. My dog ripped it open in literally minutes. They refused to give me a refund and instead offered me another bed a wholesale prices. Why would I want such a low quality bed? They filter reviews on their website.

I purchased a 3" Latex Topper from their spin-off company Mattress Toppers. They sent the wrong item.

THIS WAS IN JUNE OR JULY. It is now nearly the end of October and they have my money, refuse to replace (they don't even stock the item any more) the item and no refund has been offered.

I heard Arizona was full of Grifters and the owner of this Company is indeed one.

I have no respect for them and encourage you to run the other way unless you want empty promises, the wrong item which is no longer produced and no refund.

Their mattresses, ironically are very good.

The Mattress Topper spin-off Company is an entire different story - do NOT do business with them.

Hi. Start to finish my experience with brooklyn bedding was bad. Firstly it took ages to arrive & then to my surprise it was sent from China.... it came in a flat pack. I ordered a xl for my large german shepherd. You then had instructions to knead & mould the bed so it would grow to its size. Also to leave it in sunlight for 24 hrs. Having done all that , the bed was still tiny. A puppy size. I contacted the company to complain about the poor product. Was informed that i would get a full reund but would have to post ut to China or get this ....New Zealand . I would have tp pay the postage. !! Im donating tjis tiny bed to the animal shelter. I have lost money , time & patience. Would not recommend this company.
