Jo went over and above to ensure that I was happy.

Customer service like this is suepr rare.

One faulty product (not their fault as they don't manufacture them), was sorted with a replacement sent ASAP, with fresh batteries and the most pleasant email exchange ever.

Cannot recommend Brown & Ginger highliy enough.

Oh my goodness how refreshing to find a company online that feels like you have popped into a lovely shop on the high street and been served by the most delightful and helpful staff! I would love to give more stars if that were possible. I am a true fan - Brown and Ginger are wonderful!

Stumbled across this site following a very specific Google search- delighted I did! I ordered a gift, which my friend already owns. As it's such a beautiful and good quality product, I'm keeping it for myself. Jo quickly changed the shipping address and offered to help me to choose a new gift! She has been a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly recommend!

I’ve had the absolute best customer service from this company. The item I received was great quality, but for no fault of anyone, there was an issue with it. The advisor, Jo, was so helpful and friendly and prompt in their response, giving me options of how to rectify. Companies could learn from this! Will definitely be returning to this shop.

I got told about Brown and Ginger by my colleague. I was so impressed by the products they had, they're fantastic, the customer service and the time they took to deliver my order were also fantastic. Will be recommending to all of my family and friends.

The costumer service I received from Brown and Ginger has been outstanding
Very friendly and extremely helpful
My orders were delivered in super quick time and we’ll packaged

I found this website by chance and they had the large wall mirror that I was looking for. I went with this website because of the free delivery to Scotland and I have to say the customer service was second to none. All my items, including the mirror, were delivered really quickly within a couple of days of ordering and everything was exactly as pictured on the website. I have since made a second purchase with this website and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a beautiful gold, octopus candle holder as a gift, and I have to say, it is beautiful and I'm tempted to keep it for myself!
The whole ordering, communication and delivery could not have been any better. Brown and Ginger are a treasure trove of loveliness, and I look forward to supporting them more in the future. 🙂

Found by chance and had exactly what I was looking for at a great price too. Really impressed at the free delivery over £20…
Communication and delivery updates were first class.
Item arrived super quick, well packaged and just as described - highly recommend!

Can not fault their service at all! I placed my order for a gift and the stock wasn't available at the time however Jo was amazing at communicating the progress, sourced the item and posted out immediately. Recieved this delicate product in perfect condition - my gf is going to love it. Thanks again Brown and Ginger I'll be back for the rest fo the set soon

What a pleasure to do business with. Spotted some goodies, ordered and all arrived within 24 hours. Simple, clean transaction - faultless. Particularly liked the fact they stocked 1 item which is being sold elsewhere as a pair. As I only wanted 1, it has saved me money too.

Good job guys, keep it up.

Aside from the fantastic products Brown and Ginger offer (I could spend a FORTUNE!!) their customer service really does go above and beyond. Its so refreshing to find a company who genuinely values their customers and I can't thank them enough for such a fantastic service!!

A big Thankyou to Jo for the excellent customer service. Absolutely love my Pinocchio shelf sitter. Would not hesitate to recommend this seller.

The lamp I ordered arrived with a defect, but I contacted the shop and within a day or two I had a new one on the way and the damaged one returned.
