So happy with the lovely clock I bought for my new kitchen, I just bought another one for my Mums kitchen, as she loved it so much, too! Thanks!

I wanted a large Abbey Road Vinyl Storage box and at 1st they had sold out and I received an email informing me and that they would be in touch when back in stock which I thought was very efficient and professional. Sure enough when new stock arrived I was informed, I then contacted them again by email to ask if they could personalise my purchase with my name, Josephine was fantastic she kept me informed of my choices and what she could do for me, and even sent me the link to easily pay for my purchase. The service I received was both excellent and way above normal customer service, I am a Manager in retail and I know how superb and professional Josephine's service has been, I have now received my Vinyl Box today and it looks absolutely superb and was extremely well wrapped so as to ensure no damage during transport. I would absolutely recommend Brown and Ginger to everyone. 🧡

I ordered a gold stag candle snuffer and the Positano-style pasta jar from Brown & Ginger. The candle snuffer was beautiful but there was a small problem with the pasta jar in that it had chipped during the delivery process. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and sent me a replacement out within 24 hours. I would 100% recommend this company to friends and will be buying again from them in the future.

Absolutely stunning! The delivery was really quick, and the bear ornament is even more beautiful in person. I originally bought it for my upstairs bathroom, but I loved it so much when it arrived that I decided to put it in my lounge instead. The quality is excellent, and it looks amazing. I'll definitely be ordering again from Brown and Ginger, as I'm now looking for another ornament for my bathroom. Highly recommend!

I ordered two gorgeous glass mirrors with a green glass border to go over our ‘his & hers’ sinks in our new bathroom.

Unfortunately, one of the mirrors was damaged in transit and I contacted Brown & Ginger to let them know. They replied very promptly and were able to resolve this issue for me extremely quickly! I am so happy with the customer service I received and I will most definitely be shopping here again.

I purchased an Orange gnome as a present for a friend. Until I saw it online I never knew such a thing existed but strangely enough I’m delighted with it. Can’t fault the product or service I received and great fast tracked delivery so I’m a happy customer .

I’ve ordered a few items from Brown and Ginger and I’ve been really happy with the delivery speed and the quality of items. I recently ordered the silver monkey holding a banana resin candlestick. This was glittery as heck!! Shed glitter EVERYWHERE so I had to spray it with matte varnish to stop it happening since I didn’t want to be finding glitter in every corner of my room forever more. I think it might have been good to know about the glitter before I purchased!

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service of Brown and Ginger when recently purchasing a desk ! Jo and Freya gave amazing customer service when we were asking them to video the desk as we live so many miles away ! The desk was for my son , so he wanted to be reassured about a couple of things but was duly reassured. Jo was in contact immediately when had questions about delivery and when desk arrived, on time and when was due. Was really pleased with item! It is super cool 😎

I ordered a side table on the 18/04/26(Saturday) and I did not expect it to arrive on 21/04/26 as the order was placed over the weekend.
