I bought 7 Grit necklaces for my tribe of friends/family-they loved them. My daughter wears hers all the time but unfortunately it broke so I just bought her a replacement to go with a matching bracelet.

When I received my Beautifully Broken ring at the end of June, I absolutely loved it. Very pretty ring and inspiring message. But within a short amount of time, the base of the ring started chipping and peeling to reveal the base metal underneath the plating. And today - just two months after I got, it's chipped to the point the the ring turned the entire base of the my finger green. Very disappointing that it's now trash. Definitely not worth the money for such a short life span. I love their jewelry but I would not purchase again.

Myself and my friend purchased the through thick and thin necklace set. The first set both of the stones came off the bars so we were offered a replacement. Replacement came and the chains fastening design was slightly different (not as nice) queried this but didn’t really get anywhere. Again both necklaces have lost the stone so I have emailed and was advised I would be refunded. Now after contacting to ask where the refund was they are advising that as I’ve had an updated debit card since my purchase I’ll have to have a credit note instead. As lovely as the items are this will stop me from now ordering again.

Reading the mantras made me cry. Ordered 4 items for my granddaughter to help her through some growing pains. Haven’t received yet but looking forward to it.

I haven't yet received my order, so can't yet comment on the quality, but having seen some of the reviews here on bad quality (after placing my order!) I am starting to wish I'd never bothered. I ordered two necklaces to be sent the UK, and have now been sent a bill by DHL for 30% of the price on top! The basis for the charge cannot be disputed, even though it is far higher than UK import taxes. Really disappointing and won't be buying again. Sincerely hope the quality is good enough to justify the 130% price! Be very careful if ordering from the UK.

I have purchased beautifully broken earrings which I love. I also purchased "always in my heart" earrings and neckless. The earrings are so small you can barely see them and they are very difficult to attach to the backs. The necklace is thin and cheap as is the heart within a heart. I am very disappointed.

I received an email for free shipping but the web site wouldn’t except it because the item was on sale. This wasn’t mentioned in the email. Seller contacted me quickly when informed and handled the situation with excellent customer service.

I purchased a necklace for myself and my daughter, loving the writing that went with each piece so much that I came back and bought one for my sister and my older daughter. The necklace is beautiful, the box it comes in is a sturdy quality box, perfect for gift giving and it was delivered so quickly! I am definitely going to buy more in the future!

I received my order today and everything is as beautiful if not more than I expected!
