My love for Bryan Anthony’s started when a friend gave me one of the necklaces. I love the thought and meaning they put into their jewelry. I carefully selected a necklace for my sisters 50th birthday and was super excited to give it to her. I checked the tracking only to discover that it shipped to an old address. I had no means of getting it back. I called them and expected to hear there was nothing they could do. Instead they sent me a replacement and I’m expected to get it today just in time to celebrate my sisters birthday tomorrow. They turned it around in TWO days! That is excellent customer service and above and beyond what I expected! I’m so grateful! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I order only one necklace in the beginning. It was delivered within 3 days. And the packaging was very nice. The whole order came in a cute bubble envelope. The receipt was in a hard envelope. Along with the necklace in a nice jewelry box with its meaning beautifully typed out. I was presently surprised. I was so impressed with my grit pearl necklace that I decided to order 4 tribe necklaces. Which I literally placed my order minutes before writing this review.

This is my first order. The concept of a meanful gift appealed to me. I ordered two different choker necklaces. They are so small, they won't even fit around my neck. I am not overweight and normal size. It might fit an 8 year old. Very disappointed. The quality and weight of the materials wasn't any better than what you can find at Claires, only 10 x more expensive.

Their customer service is off the chárter. I must have changed my orders several times. They were so quick and efficient. But most importantly so very kind and patient. Shout out to Cheryl! You are what makes companies great. Also their stuff is soooo cute. Can't wait for my friends to open their gifts.
