I have purchased so many items as gifts from Bryan Anthony. The quality for the price is unbeatable. Every one of my friends have gone on and on about how much they love their jewelry!

When I wear my "When One Door Closes Another One Opens" I"m always asked what it means. The fact that I'm divorcing my husband of 45 year, this necklace/symbol offers me comfort. In tough spots, I find myself reaching up and touching it. I love it!

The jewelry is beautifully made and thought out. Also handles with care and I love the sweet notes that are given for empowerment and meaning.

The pieces purchased are nice but the quality and size is not what I expected. The pieces are small and resemble kids jewelry. I purchased a couple items as Christmas gifts and did not realize they were non-refundable. I now either need to gift items that I'm not happy with, or donate them.
EDIT - the company responded quickly and provided a refund. I'm sorry it had to be handled through a review but am providing a better rating based on the positive way they handled their response.

This jewelry has something for everyone. I have the pause necklace that means so much to me. I have gifted this jewelry to all of our girls and so many more ppl. As our kids have grown up, I visit this line often to find things that can provide them support during those times of growth.

I don't normally leave reviews, but my experience with Bryan Anthonys customer service was so exceptional, I felt I needed to! My package was mixed up in the mail, and I didn't receive it the day it was supposed to be delivered, so I emailed customer support and got a response in about an hour. They contacted my local post office, and the next day the package was in my mailbox. Jewelry is beautiful as well.
