Love the jewellery but worn mine for the first time in the heat and it’s turned my neck green. Not happy with that considering the price - It’s not like it’s Accesorize or Claire’s Accesories price wise

I am so excited to have found this site, my teen daughter has faces some struggles and the words and meanings of this jewelry is like I wrote the cards myself.

I typically wouldn’t write reviews but Bryan Anthony’s deserves the best one. I’ve loved their jewelry since I first saw it, and the first thing I’d do when I’d get my paycheck would be to browse their website and look at their pieces. If I could own the whole store I would. Not only is the jewelry super cute, it’s great quality. There have been numerous times I’ve forgotten to take my necklaces off before I shower, and they have yet to appear affected. I don’t even notice I’m wearing the necklace most times because the material is so smooth and doesn’t irritate my neck like some other jewelry from other companies do. I have their “blank slate” necklace that is my go-to because of this. I buy their necklaces and bracelets as gifts for everyone I know who likes jewelry.

If the great and adorable jewelry wasn’t enough, the customer service is the cherry on top for why I will now be recommending this place to everyone I know. I purchase a matching bracelet set, the sunshine bracelet set, for me and my best friend for her birthday. After about a month of wearing this bracelet, I lost it while on vacation. Presumably left in a hotel somewhere. Devastated to have lost this matching bracelet, I reached out to Bryan Anthony’s to see if I could purchase just a single bracelet for myself and not the matching set, as spending another 70 dollars was not a sound financial option for me. This was a mistake that was 100% my responsibility, and I would have completely understood if they told me there was nothing they could or wanted to do. Instead, the customer support staff member reached out to their team and supervisor to check if they had any odd single bracelets to sell (as to not unbalance their inventory), and when they found they had no individual bracelets to sell they offered me a 50% discount code to purchase the set. This went above what I had wanted and asked for, and above what I even expected them to do. This experience has made them #1 in my eyes, and I’ll be a happy and loyal customer for as long as they’re around.

If you’re hesitant at all, shop here. You won’t regret it.

I ordered and received a “grit” bracelet, which is beautiful, but it broke within the first week I had this bracelet. I think it must have had a defect, I wrote an email explaining what happened and I received a reply the next morning. Was told to send pictures, which I did, received a reply this morning they are sending me a replacement bracelet. Now that is astounding customer service!

Love, love, LOVE all of these products. The waterworks turn on every time I gift them lol.

I’ve ordered from Bryan Anthony’s for a few years now and have LOVED the necklaces I’ve gotten! They’ve stayed untarnished, sparkly, and without any kind of break on the chains (and I have four rambunctious kiddos). For the price I was assuming a ho-hum quality necklace but I am sold! I love the company! Continue to purchase ALL of my necklaces from BA!!

I love everything I’ve ordered from Bryan Anthony’s! From gifts I’ve given to my daughters, sisters, and friends, to items I bought for myself, I’ve always been happy with my purchases. I did remove one star because It seems that almost every time I purchase a gift, the exact item is on sale, sometimes by 50% or more, less than a week after I order it. This is frustrating as a customer, because one, I’ve literally overpaid for something and two, if the recipient looks it up on line, and the item I gave them is $20. when I paid $54. I feel like that lessens my gift for them. I think there are som easy solutions that could remedy this problem, but it is the only downside to a beautiful line of jewelry.

For me, customer service is what makes a company and a lot of times will be more important than the item itself. I sent an email for an add on order as well as a change in the order and I got a reply immediately and had both updated without difficulty which saved me returning the one item and having to pay for shipping on the other item I added on. Very pleased. Excited for my order

I hope I’m only charged 1 time for my order even tho it kept saying the order didn’t go thru I got a notification from my Shop app that it did so I’m kinda concerned. I just have to keep checking my bank account. Excited for the items but website and check out not great

Received a necklace as a mother's day gift from my daughter and I absolutely love it!!! It's well made and the packaging was simply perfect! I just got online and ordered a necklace for my friend for her birthday! I highly recommend; you won't be disappointed!

I own a lot of Bryan Anthonys pieces. I absolutely LOVE every one of them! The only negative thing I would say is that the silver pieces seem to tarnish quickly. However, I have not had any trouble with my gold pieces. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my jewelry as I do with my Bryan Anthonys! They are just beautiful! And I love that each piece comes with it’s own mantra! It makes them all the more meaningful. I’m so glad I discovered this brand!
