We’re sorry to hear you felt unsupported, although we do feel this review is somewhat unfair.
We make it very clear across our website, order notifications and telephone system that during the peak season we are extremely busy working bees across multiple apiaries, often from early morning until 8–9pm. We are a working bee farm managing millions of bees, not an office-based call centre sat waiting by the phone.
If you called, you would have heard our recorded message specifically advising customers to contact us via email or live chat, as these are the quickest and most efficient ways for us to provide support whilst out working. Mobile signal in apiaries is often poor and physically answering hundreds of calls a day simply is not possible during the season.
Unfortunately, we cannot find any attempt to contact us via email or live chat regarding your issue, both of which are monitored continuously throughout the day and allow us to respond far more effectively between apiaries.
We always do our best to help customers wherever possible, but we do ask that customers follow the contact methods we clearly provide and recommend during our busiest period.
As no attempt was made to contact us through the support methods we actively advise customers to use, we would appreciate if you would reconsider your review rating.

Excellent polynucs with live bees
Excellent polynucs with live bees. Ready when we arrived. Bees have expanded well and flying well. Brood expanding rapidly. No different to last year when we had exceptional results.
