Great product but communication is lacking as I couldn’t get hold of anyone to tell me when I could expect delivery

It’s the second time I’ve had a nuc from bs bees , I’m really pleased with the service and the bees are excellent, good natured and nice to work with, it’s a nice set up so I will definitely be using this company again

Always a first class service from BS honey bees

BS Honey Bees gave great advice regarding my purchase of a queen. She arrived within 24 hrs and was situated very easily into the hive. After following written instructions they came with her, I checked after 7 days and then again after 14 days. She is laying as required. Would recommend BS Honey Bees.

Great service, friendly and helpful! Excellent and calm bees

Prior to the delivery of the bee packages I received emails with helpful information about the process of receiving the bees and how to install them after they were delivered. The boxes they were posted in came were sturdy and well insulated to allow the five frames of bees to have a comfortable trip and stay safe. The bees themselves look very healthy and the queen has been marked so it was easy to spot her once I moved the frames into a hive.

Seamless transaction! This is the first time using this company for me, 12 very strong and healthy nucs. The calmest bees I’ve ever worked with. Very pleased with all aspects of the purchase, these guys are quick to answer questions and all round nice people. 10/10

Bees all delivered healthy by a very excited postman. They are now happily in their new home in the orchard with numbers multiplying daily. The postman has been checking on them everytime he delivers near them. Excellent service.
