I have ordered twice now
I have ordered twice now, and both times I had to have the order replaced because the wrong locks were sent to me. While the exchange process was easy, and the service reps were pleasant. It was frustrating because I specifically asked them to look at my last order so that we could get the correct lock sent the first time, but the wrong lock was sent once again.

Dishonest Pricing
Company will not honor the price I paid at checkout. They charged my credit card the price I paid at checkout. Now they want to charge me an additional $900 for a product that is clearly marked on the website. They want to increase the price from $99 to $120. A good company would honor the original price since they already took my money. They refuse to sell me the product for the original price which is still on their website.

They were fantastic
They were fantastic. The company actually emailed me to make sure I had the right number size because the street view of my house had a different size. I couldn’t believe they actually looked my house online and found the correct size for my mailbox. That was pretty awesome.

I purchase a dual mailbox post sleeve
I purchase a dual mailbox post sleeve, 2 large mailboxes and a post cuff.
High quality materials are used. Loved the painting of the house numbers on the boxes. It really gives the mailboxes an impressive look. The mail carrier loves the large size of the mailboxes for ability to fit packages into it.
I am totally pleased and am glad I spent the extra money.
