Someone destroyed my mailbox
Someone destroyed my mailbox and did not stop to take care of their mistake. All I needed was the correct box that the HOA requires and the rest was still intact to attach to the new box. BUDGET MAILBOXES had what I needed at a great price with quick delivery! Local “mailbox” contractors quoted me triple what I paid with BUDGET MAILBOXES! So glad I used them!

Direct Replacement-Great Looking
Our existing mailbox was over 25 years old and needed to be replaced. The new Budget Mailbox in the brown textured finish looks great. I was really pleased to see that it was a direct replacement for our old mailbox. I guess there may be some standardization in the mailbox industry. Happy to see that and very pleased with the new mailbox.

Replaced the same exact mailbox that lasted about 15 years before having many issues.
When ordering I was supposed to have the address # decals on the side of the mailbox or included inside the box. Nothing arrived. The #'s had night hi visibility.

Great Service, Expensive Shipping
I had some questions before I ordered an accessory for a new mailbox I had purchased. The young man I spoke with was able to quickly answer my questions and tell me how to place the order. The order was submitted easily and the product shipped quickly and without any damage. The only negative was the very high cost of shipping. This should be reduced or there should be a choice of lower cost options.

Return policy for your mistakes…
Return policy for your mistakes requiring me to ship the mailbox back at my costs and then take a fee for original shipping costs is ridiculous. I ordered a mailbox and then ordered the address topper. It was supposed to fix the mailbox I bought, but it didn’t. I had already put the numbers on the topper, so I bought a new box that the topper fits. Now I have to pay to ship the original box back and you aren’t giving me a full refund.
