Mailbox came as expected
Mailbox came as expected with good packaging to prevent damage. Delivered a bit quicker than expected, which we appreciated, as the old mailbox needed quick replacement. Our order included creation of custom address plates for the side of the mailbox, and this was done correctly. All in all everything went very well. Would use them again.

A fine experience
A fine experience. I needed a mailbox replacement with the same support hardware that is on my mailbox post. I ordered a Classic Mailbox from Budget Mailboxes. It arrived within a few days, and every hole bored in it was in the right place. The installation was easy and fast.

Upgraded Mail room.
So far everything is good. Residents will start using the new mailboxes on the 18th.

Good product overall
Good product overall. Unit arrived in well protected packaging on a wooden crate. Budget Mailboxes was easy to work with and the item I received was just as described. My only disappointment is I would have preferred a thicker, heavy duty metal construction. My particular application will not be exposed to vandalism however in a rural setting I could see a potential for dents and damage.

The staff was very nice and responsive to my questions
Everyone was very nice to work with and my questions were answered quickly, overall the staff was great. The only problem I encountered was that I bought the more expensive mailbox cluster boxes because I was told they were in stock at the manufacturers and would ship in "2-3 business days", while in reality they shipped almost 2 weeks later which really hurt my construction timeline for our development.
