Fobbed off, nobody will help
Well haven't had the holiday yet but due to travel in a weeks time and cannot get anyone to call me back about a big issue. I've rang 3 times in a week and basically feel fobbed off each time and no resolution to the issue as I'm told someone will call me back but nobody does! The hotel does not have guaranteed parking which was not mentioned when I booked, led to believe it had. This is crucial for the trip. False advertising and I won't be letting this go. Bad customer service
Bad customer service, we had a holiday booked 8th Feb, but we had to cancel as my wife's emergency surgery, in hospital, , fair enough we had no travel insurance, but to keep nearly a 1000 euro is wrong, wd thought you would have the decent to give us a good will gesture but no sign of anything, , considering we lost neatly a 100 euro, , we had same problem Clive Carroll, no resoonse back from lady , on line sales manager, , we think it's wrong,

It was very unfortunate that you had to cancel your booking 2 days prior to travel however as per our terms and conditions your booking was non refundable as all suppliers paid out in full and that is why we strongly advise all our customers to take out travel insurance.
I hope your wife has made a full recovery.

Extortion
The company is trying to extort an extra 600 euro from my daughter for her part of booking a family holiday citing a "live bookin issue"
I will not book with budget ever again.

Good Afternoon,
We regret to receive your 1 star review however as there was 3 bookings made for the same hotel, the hotel could only confirm 2 rooms at the price on our website. This can happen when booking multiple rooms due to lack of availability. It does say on the email you receive after booking with us that in the event of your booking not confirming we will be in touch on the next working day. A member of our team was in touch and offered that the increased be paid or get a full refund and this was what was opted for.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and although it very rare, this can happen during peak booking times.

I did a review a few days ago stating I had failed to get a response from Budget Travel either by email or several phone calls & messages. I received a prompt reply from Budget apologizing & giving me a different email to which I immediately sent a message. Several days later still no information from Budget. My wife & I would be mad to do business with a company who can’t even respond to a couple of simple questions. Appalling. Depressing.
