Can't even place an order

Tried to order BattleVision on getwraparounds.com. Picked my offer, filled everything out, clicked on "process order," says "you should choose any offer." Filled out "contact us" form about it, no response, just put me on their list. Finally went thru the "help" to "I need more help," got email asking to explain my problem. Explained what happened on [getwraparounds site] got " we would advice [sic] to place the order on GetWrapArounds.com "

I was given the Star Shower Slideshow…

I was given the Star Shower Slideshow Christmas light on November 30th. My friend ordered it on October 28th. On December 18, 2024 it stopped rotating. I sent an email to customer service, and never heard back. Just called and was told, 30 day warranty, from purchase date...it worked for a bit, and then stopped. He refused to send me another one, refused a refund. Don't use this company...no understanding of it being a GIFT... SCAMMERS!

BEWARE if you order a Duck Vacum…

BEWARE if you order a Duck Vacum from Bulbheads website. They automatically upsell the customer and add items and charges to your order. When you notice that you've been charged for more that you wanted to order and you immediately cancel your order, the company delays your refund and makes you fight to get your money back. Deceiving sales practices and very poor customer service.

Junk

One of the lasers in the first Star Shower laser projector that was delivered failed after a few weeks. They replaced it and the second one worked for the rest of that Christmas season, but worked for only one night this year. When I contacted BulbHead, they sent me some lame troubleshooting steps, like make sure the plug works and the unit is plugged all the way in. When I replied that I had tried all their troubleshooting steps and the unit still was not operational, they wrote back and said too bad it's not under warranty anymore. It was only a couple of days past the one year warranty. An absolute crap product and worse customer service and product support.

Be Careful When Ordering from This Company

I was interested in ordering a handheld vacuum from them. On their website I selected the item, but then I kept getting suggestions for "add-ons," which I declined. All of a sudden, I had an order confirmation number even though I had NOT seen a screen that asked me to review and place the order -- and the final price was almost $18 over the cost of the item (which was $40). I discovered later that the additional cost was an exorbitant shipping fee -- had I known, I would NOT have placed the order. I immediately called the company and said I wanted to cancel an order which had been placed less than 30 minutes earlier. I was told it was "not in the system," but the representative said she would take all my information and put in the request when it showed up. She also told me that it took 24-48 hours for the order to show up, and I would hear back within that time. Less than 24 hours later, I received a second email saying that the package had shipped! I immediately called again and got a different representative who said that she could not cancel the order since it had shipped, but would refund my money and I should refuse to accept the package. The package arrived, delivered to my mail room (I live in a high rise) later the next day. I called again, got a different representative who said I needed to return the package to the carrier saying that I refused it -- and that I had 48 hours from the time of delivery to do so. He refused to give me a return label, and although he said that my "refund was being processed," I don't believe him. I returned the package to my mail room, asking that the attendant give it back to USPS noting that I refused the shipment. We'll see what happens.

Update: After I posted this review, the company reached out to me saying a full refund had been issued. PayPal confirmed today (12/20) that a refund was being processed. I appreciate their response, though I continue to have issues with how their website pressures you to "buy more" and does not give you a chance to review the final order with all costs (including shipping) visible BEFORE you place it.

I never wanted to order anything from…

I never wanted to order anything from this company. A picture of a portable vacuum came up on the internet. Before I even really looked at it, it said that I had ordered 3 of them. I tried to cancel the order on my mastercard, but nothing happened. Now I have 3 of these vacuums that were shipped at a high rate. Don't know if I could send at least 2 back.

I canceled the order 2 minutes...

I canceled the order 2 minutes after placing it due to overcharging for shipping and handling, which was not disclosed until after payment was made. Bulbhead ignored all 3 of my requests to cancel and then they BLOCKED ME.

I ordered an item for $29.95 and was charged an additional $25.00 for shipping, (unapproved $4.99 for ShipSafely Junk Fee) handling, and taxes, which I NEVER would have ordered if informed of all the Junk charges. Then to top it off, Bulbhead told me the item was delivered and I never got it. I told them I didn't receive the package, but they BLOCKED ME and I didn't block them, so I got their messages. I get their messages, but when I try to message them, I get a Mail Demon response.

Remember the $4.99 ShipSafely, it seems to be NO GOOD and they will not honor their responsibilities. Beware of Bulbhead, they'll screw you every chance they get with items you would never approve of AFTER the initial sale is made.

User's recommendation: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ALSO.120424

Tried to buy slides pkt. for Xmas projector. No was answer. If you lose your slide set you have to buy a new projector? Please explain!

TriedTo buy Christmas projector slide set only. Told you don't sell slide set only.I have purchased star shower and halloween projector with no issues. Wish to use christmas slides in my projector. In the slide set, you do sell separate, there is no christmas images.
Seems hard to get a human to talk to and when I do, can't understand due to language barrier. Would appreciate your help to a loyal fan.

Update to my review, I have received many emails concerning my situation 1st 11-30 they said someone would get back to me about canceling my order, on 12-1, they said could not cancel because order went out to just refuse it and return for refund, on 12-2 received another email saying they would refund my money once it is returned, then I received another email that my order was going out. Well they lied the 1st time saying it was sent out and it wasn’t. All they say is they apologize, I have all the emails to prove what I am saying is true.

DO NOT BUY. Ordered SlimMint wallet and found it to be poor design. It is VERY inconvenient to remove cards. Front card is easy access but you have to remove all other cards to get to back cards.

They requested some additional information about the product and based on my replies, immediately sent me a replacement product and included a new spray nozzle for the inconvenience!! I purchased 1 can of BullShot carpet cleaner, but 2 showed up and I was charged for those. Repeated attempts to allow me to return one went unanswered. I tried the product, and it was useless for carpet stains. Do not trust the product or the site.

They placed a phantom order and sold my private information

They screwed up my garden hose order twice, adding items I never ordered. After canceling that order, they (not I) then placed another order and charged my credit card. If I hadn't been watching my bank account, I never would have seen this, as they never sent any information about the new "order" that they placed. Perhaps even more harmful in the long run is that the day after my initial order, my email inbox was flooded with spam promotions from dozens of other companies. It appears that BulbHead is in the business of selling your private information more than selling hoses.

finally got my shipment. the duck mini vacuum is very handy. grateful they shpped the vacuum finally.

warning charged my account and did not ship package. emails answered by ai useless run around! gave multiple bogus trackiing numbers, every one a different shipper. filed a complaint with my bank and gave them copies of their emails and got a refund. however three days later they shipped my item. I can only warn and explain what happened. I won't shop with them again.
