Don't use this very dodgy company

Don't use this very dodgy company. Approx 12th/13th Aug 24 I went to the Bulbhead web site to order a Copper Hose; got to 'final review' and saw all the extra costs increasing it from $99 to $129 plus long delivery time and did not place the order; back tracked and deleted my order info and left the site. Ordered from Amazon straight $99, perfect.

Tue 13 Aug received 'Order confirmation" and also PayPal charge of $129. Tue 13 Aug received email from Bulbhead saying I had left the product in my "basket" and would I like to continue, I declined. Between Tue 13 Aug and Tue 27 Aug sent four emails to Bulbhead Cust Services, all returned by Mailer Daemon; sent four messages through their web site messaging - Bulbhead system admin said out of service. Hose delivered 20 Aug, Sent 2 more messages through PayPal messaging saying I did not place the order, and please will they send me a return label and credit my PayPal account immediately. They have not replied to me or to PayPal.

This is appalling business tactics, fraudulent in my view, and I do not recommend anyone should use the company. I am now trying to get my money back through PayPal and I expect that Bulbhead think this is acceptable as long as they get to keep my money.

Do Not Do Business with this Company!

I have never written a review before, but I could not let this terrible experience go unnoted. I ordered a Copper Hose on Bulbhead. They charged my credit card for the full price plus shipping and handling BEFORE revealing the shipping and handling fees. These fees were exorbitant, and I did not wish to go through with the purchase. I immediately called to cancel. Customer service rep said order could not be canceled but she would credit my card immediately and to leave the package and it would be picked up for return. I asked if I should mark "Return to Sender" or "Refused" and she replied no just leave it there and UPS would pick it up. It is now almost 1 month later and my credit card has not been credited and the package has not been picked up. I disputed the charge on my card statement. I called Bulbhead customer service about having the package picked up and was told that I had to return it at my own expense. If I did not want to pay to have it delivered, I am certainly not going to pay to return it. I was lied to by the customer service rep on both counts. Trying to put the charge through before showing the s&h fees is a scam. Deal with this company and you are dealing with liars and scammers!

Bulbhead Lifetime WSrranty sucks!

I purchased a 50-ft hose with lifetime replacement warranty ($50.00). The original hose (pin hole leak) and nozzle (leaking) had to be replaced. Bulbhead replaced them, but tried to charge me a $25,00 handing/shipment fee). Fee was reversed when I complained that I should not have to pay this fee to replace the defective items. DRUM ROLL!!! The replacement items are defective (same problems). Bulkhead will not replace them unless I pay the $25.00 shipping/handling fee. SO MUCH FOR A VALID LIFETIME WARRANTY! Bottom line: Bulbhead is run by a bunch of con artists, i.e. crooks. BEWARE!!

I ordered 4 Pocket Hose Copper Bullet…

I ordered 4 Pocket Hose Copper Bullet hoses. One 100' and three 50' hoses. The TV add says that they are guaranteed against tears and leaks. The 100' hose has a pinhole leak after 2 months. The offered to replace it under their guarantee if I pay $14.95 for shipping. Not much of a guarantee. The hoses are not worth the money and are of poor quality. Poor customer service!

IMHO - complete scam. advertise on TV all the time, always - order now as we cannot guarantee availability or price in the future. REALLY? Either incompetent company, or more likely IMHO, simply trying to SCARE people to buy now, thing later.

Should have checked out company…

Should have checked out company beforehand. Order on AE was immediately denied. Within 1 hour of order a fraudulent amount of within $1.00 to another company tried going through. AE card was canceled and I'm now waiting on a new card. Since I had not done my research I called Bulbhead and changed my card order to Visa. It was immediately denied (red flag) but I called Chase Visa to tell them to put the order through which they did. Then I did the review on this company which I should have done first. Called back Bulbhead to cancel and male representative was very rude. After telling me it had already shipped (within 10 minutes?), it could NOT be canceled and I'd just have to refuse shipment and then he hung up on me. So now disputing through my Visa once again. Lesson learned - do research. Cannot believe the TV Channels that endorse ordering through them. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I never ordered from this company never heard of this company. I received the package was frightened to open it. I'm grilled the representatives on how they obtain my address and so called purchased date and what account was used. They told me the purchase was with a visa card, I do not own a Visa card. I immediately told her that this was a scam I will be sending This product back immediately and to remove my name and address from the system.

Placed an order that I immediately tried to cancel after unspecified shipping and handling charges were applied. Absolutely no response to me after multiple uses of customer portal on website did not work. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. They finally contacted me weeks later trying to get me to pay $9.99 to return the product, which arrived after many complaints. I went to my credit card company. They are canceling payment.

Texted, e-mailed, called. No response. Shopify handled charge, notified them. No response. Essentially no recourse. Stay away from both.

Revised Opinion of Bulbhead!

I ordered the Pocket Hose Copper Bullet from this company on 06-08-2024. When the package was received, the box was mangled but the product was not damaged. I e-mailed Bulbhead Customer Service but received no immediate reply. I called their customer service telephone number several days later, and the person I spoke to said that they were not liable for reimbursing me for the shipping charges since ..."it was not their fault." The shipping box was paper thin, and the product was NOT wrapped inside the box to protect it from excessive handling/shipping issues. However, in a subsequent contact with Bulbhead, the company listened to my concerns and reimbursed me for the shipping charges. Overall, I like the product that I purchased,and I appreciate the company's willingness to listen to my concerns as a consumer. Thanks.

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Just got off phone after calling 4 times. Apparently everyone is Asian or Latino. English terrible. The one so called customer support must of put me on mute and repeated to me, 4 times caller can not be heard apparent audio issue
disconnecting call. This is a scam. I had called about orders which were charged immediately and yet I left my order at check out. But it’s being shipp d from Nevada. I just wrote a review about an hour ago about the issues I was having with Bulbhead and the pocket hoses. I recommend everyone to order stuff from Amazon. At least you get customer satisfaction immediately with orders, errors and cancellations.

I am very disappointed with the…

I am very disappointed with the costumer service. I returned unopened box of pocket hose they are advertising in TV. It's one month already they haven't send back my refund. I called twice and the representative always apologizing saying it will take 3-5 days to see my refund. Here now exactly one month I haven't seen refund of my money. I will never recommend to buy something in this company. Better order in Amazon.

Mother ordered item 6 weeks told was shipped. 2 weeks later told out of stock, money would be refunded. Took 8 weeks to get refund. This company is a total rip off. Do not buy anything through. you may loose your money. Wow won't let give actual date, either.

$100 extra charged

Just ordered with free shipping. Get confirmation and additional hose added PLUS shipping. Tried to cancel order right after confirmation and they said it is ready to ship and can’t be stopped and I must refuse delivery. Scam. Order is almost $100 more than expected 😡 I will admit that customer service was nice but I’m not confident of seeing a refund. Of note - I DID receive the refund. I ended up ordering item directly through AMAZON. The QR code to register and warranty the product DOES NOT work.
