If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a same day delivery, was contacted to say this wasn't possible and it would be next day. Then I find out they are using Australia Post to deliver (how are they going to do same day with this?), the recipient was at home but the flowers got taken to the post office which was not great as 1) the person I was sending the flowers to is sick and they had to go to the Post Office to pick up and 2) it was meant to be a surprise and this totally ruined it. I then emailed my concerns and I got a response that pretty much said "well it has been delivered now". Well yes it has because the recipient went and collected them! Absolute shambles. I should have checked the reviews before I ordered. I have requested a refund of the delivery fee and they have offered store credit - I will not be using them again so this is of no use to me.

Total, utter scam. I’m too furious to write anything else.

I paid extra for next day delivery. They tried to deliver them to the hospital after 8pm at night at the Main Reception desk, rather than going up to the Ward, then took them back to the Warehouse and emailed me saying flowers were "refused" by recipient. Wanted another delivery payment before redelivery! Help Desk staff changed their story and extremely unhelpful. Manager didn't call as requested. Money down the drain!

one and done, never again. bunches and stems (bloomex) are a fraud, their refund policy will not be honored, the product didn't meet expectations and was delivered late. I was called on the delivery day to pick a substitute flower as they couldn't deliver the product I had ordered, was then told it will be another day for delivery even though my order was placed the day before and prior to the cut off time. 1 star rating as this is the lowest available. They deserve -1 rating

Absolute scammers one week later still not delivered and no refund how do I take these people to small claims court?

Order a bunch of flowers for my sister's birthday...got notification the day the delivery was due to say they could not do flowers but offered a gourmet hamper...hamper was a joke...nothing gourmet about! Not even a chocolate in there and since when we're vanilla wine biscuits gourmet! Customer service non existent and really have not helped resolved issue! Would not trust or buy from this company again!

Same day delivery I ordering it early hours of morning they msged me saying it will come 3 days later and I said straight away no I want it today or refund they sent it out anyways and now it’s gonna be sitting at my front door with no one home not happy never order from here terrible service I don’t leave reviews time this is how bad it is

They called my Wife straight after I placed the order & ruined the surprise. Then they delivered to the Post Office down the street instead of the actual address, and my Wife had to go & collect them. The arrangement delivered was not even close to the item ordered. In addition, I paid for a nice greeting card and they delivered a folded piece of blue cardboard with my message stapled in, and they didnt even have the decency to make it straight. This terrible experience cost me over $100...I did learn from this experience...read the Reviews first!

Tried to order flowers on a friday as a surprise for my mrs and have delivered to her house and we live 2 hours away from eachother. Same day delivery got me. Not sure if mark is the owner running the sh*tshow or just another clown hired but i get a text from Mark saying delivery will be Tuesday 29th I tell him Tuesday wont be any good. I said how about a refund? I got the silent treatment. So I emailed the company asking for a refund and I got given 3 choice's to pick from and not one was to get the full refund I asked for. This company was going to hold my money at ransom so I had no choice but to pick one which was a small refund on the flowers and send her a gift box instead. These emails were going over the weekend. I then email this company to say I wanted it delivered on Tuesday the 6th. They just decide to send without asking me what date want it to arrive. They tell me its too late it will be geting deliverd on Tuesday the 29th. My mrs will be away for a whole week with this sitting out side her front door in a street with an open view at her front door. After seeing the 386 bad reviews before me I decide to send an email to this company not holding back on my feelings. While writing this review I seen an email come through saying they have cancled the order and are given me a full refund but ill believe it when I see it. Usually id google the reviews before buying online however I was trying plan this on a Friday morning during work time. Lesson learned

Contacted early to change delivery dates, received response but no follow up or actual service to advise if possible. Flowers arrived, paid extra for "indulgence"....boy what a disappointment!! Absolutely would not recommend and absolutely would not use again

A Terrible experience. Relations overseas ordered flowers for a special occasion to be delivered today . They didn’t turn up . I contacted customer support and they said delivery was in another 3 days . This is even though we have confirmation they were being delivered today . They didn’t want to refund but just give a credit for the next order . THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. So beware of this company as they are not professional and do not deliver as promised.

0/5 Horrible experience! Wish I had seen the other negative reviews. Ordered flowers for a baby shower that never got delivered, then when asking for a refund was told they had to deliver the flowers in order for that request to be done. So so so disappointing!!!

Paid $150 for what should of been a beautiful bunch of flowers for my mums Birthday- what I got was limp/ dead roses and nothing that looked like the image and could of got better at the supermarket. VERY DISAPPOINTING SO SAVE YOURSELF SOME CASH

Buyers beware. Dodgy company!, I cancelled my order as the flowers were unavailable and they couldnt deliver on the day! They refuse to refund me. I have nothing and no further communication from this company.

I paid for a same-day delivery service and the order was not delivered on the agreed day.
After being advised it would be delivered the next day, the order that was eventually delivered was not what you originally ordered.
I was led to believe the issue would be remedied with additional items, however, the gesture provided did not reasonably compensate for the inconvenience.
A 30% partial refund was agreed to, however, received well below that amount paid.
I cannot believe that companies feel that they can treat customers this way.

Will never use this company again.

Worst experience. Do not buy from Bunches and Stems — they are the same people behind Bloomex, who have even been featured on A Current Affair for their behaviour.

I genuinely thought I was ordering flowers from a local Melbourne florist. That’s what I searched for online. Only after paying did I realise the business was actually based in NSW. When I looked at the reviews afterwards, I was shocked — they are overwhelmingly negative, and now I understand why.

The flowers delivered looked like a $20 supermarket bunch, nothing like the photo of the $110 arrangement I paid for. They were meant for a close friend whose mother had just passed away, and it was honestly embarrassing.

I’ve sent complaint emails and received nothing but a generic, dismissive response. They clearly do not care.

Please be very careful when ordering flowers online. This feels like a scam, and I wish I could give them zero stars.

Paid $24.95 for same day delivery and order wasn't delivered. Phoned to follow up and they said I hadn't requested same day delivery - my email confirmation clearly stated same day delivery and that was what the extra charge was for. The order when it finally turned up looked nothing like the picture on the website. Will not use this company again.
Also, when I phoned to follow up they agreed to refund the same day delivery fee of $24.95, a week later they have not done so.

Totally Hopeless. Paid and booked for same day delivery only to be told they can't do this as it is outside same day delivery area. Umm someone orders flowers for a set date usually. Wedding anniversary which has left a bad taste in both mine and my wife's mouth and they don't give a rats.

Got told this outside the 1Hour free cancellation timeframe. Then it was sent on Friday and not delivered until Tuesday (Courier delivered it to another address) Not their fault but only offered $20 firstly and then $40 credit. Still pathetic offer.

I have requested a refund as they were so weltered and a Aldi bunch sh!t all over what was delivered. I have followed this up everyday since they weren't delivered and every day after. It is now Friday and I have had to follow/call them - nothing back from them at all. 24-48 hour response my ass per their website.

It’s now 5 days since my order. Was contacted by another company saying my order was outside their delivery area in Canberra. I asked what’s going on? Oh don’t worry it’s a mistake. Still waiting and judging by other reviews if they do deliver I’m concerned re quality at over $100.
