Gate delivered quickly. Well wrapped. Seems sturdy. Dimensions as expected. Latch and hinges supplied. Fitting instructions on website. Fitted a couple of months ago and so far no problems!

Wonderful fence panels
Wonderful fence panels, so pleased we chose them. The reason we knocked a star off was for 2 reasons. We weren’t informed that it was a kerbside drop off, which caused problems for us, also there was a distinct difference in colour on some of the panels, which meant we had to call to complain. As advised the situation has rectified itself in quite short time, but it would have been useful to be told before hand that this might happen.

Good quality and easy to fit
Good quality and easy to fit. Would have got 5 stars if the all fittings had been black to match the gate. A touch of paint and it looks good!

Hi there, thank you for taking the time in writing us a review. All the best
Small garden gate now
The picture on line of the gate I bought showed a facing of tongue and grooved board. The reverse of the gate did not have the same facing. It was completely open showing the inside structure. I have had to buy some tongue and grooved board to make the reverse side the same as the front.

Resposta da Burbage Iron Craft Ltd
Hello, We are sorry you misunderstood the pictures shown on the listing. We have checked the gate you ordered and the web site listing and the web clearly shows pictures of the front side being boarded and the back of the gate showing the frame. This is the most common method of making wooden gates as seen on the whole of our web site and many other web sites. A double side boarded gate is a special and this would be stated on the listing. You obviously did not look at the pictures on the listing, and we do not show any prior contact with you about this issue. It would have been nice to have a discussion prior to your leaving a poor review particularly when it was your error.
Great product and fair price thanks👍
