Excellent service - will use this company again

All the bits were supplied to install the gates. The gate is warped, its straight on the hinged side but not on the latch side. The gaps on each side are excessive.

The garden gate was well packaged & delivered quickly.

Information, quality of product, price and delivery were great.

Can’t fault it. Great product, price and service. Will buy from Burbage again

Excellent service -railings arrived promptly and very well packaged. Good value for money and when we needed a small modification the customer service team were very helpful and provided the extra brackets we needed. Definitely recommend them.

Absolutely amazing railings, fantastic quality, brilliant customer service! Highly recommended!

Ordered and delivered within a few days , excellent quality and easily fitted .

Excellent company, spot on delivery and service.

Very good service, nice and quick and when I had a problem they rectified it very swiftly. Have used several times and would definitely shop with them again.

So easy to order staff so helpful and pleasant

I’ve already given one review. But the device and goods are excellent.

Good quality iron gate, much more substantial than the flimsy one it replaced (from a well-known DIY chain). Very good value.

The products are second to none and delivered as instructed . excellent company

Good service, but when I returned an item ordered in error, I didn’t receive a refund

Superb service all the way through the purchasing process - faultless. I had a couple of wee queries, Richard answered my message within minutes. The gate and posts arrived within 2 days. The gate is just what I require, well made and substantial - Excellent Value for the money.

This is the third garden gate that we purchased from the company.
Smooth process, didn't have to wait for long for delivery and the product was well packaged to avoid any damage. Good fair price too. Highly recommended.

I wanted to use some old railings that I bought many years ago, I found a leaflet with some of the old fittings that reconnected me with Burbage. I e-mailed them and explained my situation and had an almost immediate response from Jacob Hampton. After a short exchange of mails I was supplied with all the items, gate, various posts and some compatible fittings for my existing railings. This exceeded my expectations and the price to me represented very good value.
Well done Jacob and Burbage, very worthy of 5 stars.

Happy with my purchase. The arch was easy to assemble , it was well packaged and arrived sooner than expected, but would have appreciated communication regarding delivery.
