Had a issue with a product after it was 10 months old. Contacted Matthew Richardson at customer services and explained the issue. Goods were collected and replaced next day. Unbelieve service, I can't recall ever getting customer service to this level. I won't be going elsewhere for my electrical goods again with this level of customer service 11/10 Awesome!

I have just had excellent service and fab help from Natalie in Business Support. I had ordered the wrong item and Natalie was just beyond helpful in getting me sorted asap. Such a quick service will defo shop again.

Don't buy anything from this lot. Even if you make it crystal clear you don't want to be bothered with marketing you will get emails and calls.

Ordered a printer and received a hoover instead! After numerous phone calls with Danielle and not being believed that a hoover had arrived, we had no progress. Eventually after calling AGAIN 3 days later we got Phil on the phone instead. Phil was able to resolve our issues there and then, organising a new printer to be sent and a collection arranged for the hoover. This rating does not reflect the service provided by Phil but more the frustraton caused by Danielle.

I ordered a laptop that wasn't compatible with our work system, Danielle was quick to respond with options for how to remedy the situation, and within 2 days, a re-order had been made and arrangements for the incorrect laptop to be collected were in place. Efficient and professional experience.
