Sara was super helpful great service all around

The agent we dealt with ( Jane) was polite and efficient. We used Business Flight Shop to book the actual flight and saved a little although it seems we could select our seats cheaper by dealing with BA directly . Surprising but true.

It was a little difficult to understand what the lady was saying but after asking her to slow down it became easier. She was able to find exactly what I was after and when I had to ring back to clarify a couple of points she was not available, but the man who answered my phone call seamlessly answered my queries. I am pleased with my purchase but a little disappointed that I found the same flight slightly cheaper with another website.

gently sceptical first, but my agent Sara proved me wrong. She was extremely polite and professional. Provided me with two options for my journey. Brief cross check with Internet showed she saved me at least 25% of cost and probably three hours of my life. After confirmation and payment, I received booking reference. In about two hours, I use it to login into airline to manage my booking. About an hour later, I receive e-ticket from Sara and another courtesy call from her. All was good, and I will definitely use the service again.

Requested a callback to check prices and dates, Sara was very prompt with her response. Very helpful and professional. Prices competitive, would definitely recommend.

Communication is excellent and when Henry says he will send something or contact me, he not failed to do so yet.
We have still to fly to Australia, but I’m sure all will be fine.
Henry even booked the seats that I wanted for both the outgoing and return journey as I was having problems getting onto the airline website.

I had a great experience in booking flights online with Edi.

I have to say that I'm usually over for booking myself but when I needed to book a good value trip to Australia, I realised that an agent may have access to better routes than me. I should also say that I've had a previous bad experience with an online company who sold me a ticket then tried to charge me another £800 each.

I contacted the company using the WhatsApp link and got chatting to Edi. He was patient and helpful and was able to find me a good deal. We agreed on flights and they were booked but Edi even took the time to message me the following day as he had an alternative for me to consider. Is definitely use this company in future!
