Nick and Tom at BUR are the dream team
Nick and Tom at BUR are the dream team! I have had nothing but issues with two OTHER organisations whereas Nick and Tom as well as other members of the BUR team have supported me throughout the entire process to get switched over. To be honest there was a stage where the switchover was probably too much hassle for anyone else to be worthwhile but they supported with me and honoured the agreed contract throughout the process. Without Nick and Tom I'd be stuck bullied into in a rogue contract with another supplier for 3 years on poor rates and abysmal service. Thanks to them I've got 3 years of super rates (especially with the recent energy price cap increase) and a clearly dedicated 5* customer service. As a small business owner in the animal welfare sector I couldn't recommend BUR enough and I am looking forward to keeping them as our energy broker for the years to come. Thank you Nick and Tom. They're welcome to visit our centre anytime as well.

Utility Contract renewals
I called Charlie Pallett to discuss a letter I had received regarding a Utility Contract I had agreed with him a few months back, advising that a new company would now be fulfilling the contract. Charlie explained the content of the letter and that he would deal with any actions that were required, setting my mind at ease. He was a pleasure to work with.
