I had a 16 seater booked for my wedding day to collect my guest to take them to London from Cambridge. The driver did not arrive and no contact from the company or driver at all on the day to inform me so my guests were waiting an hour!!

I called multiple times and spoke to multiple staff on the phone which they were making excuses saying that the bus broke down and it got in a crash. Even if this did happen I had no phone call or communication from this company. so we had to spend over £300 on 3 taxis for my guests to get to London.

They gave me a refund back for my outbound trip. But I do not recommend booking with this company!!

Excellent company to book with, very fairly priced, arrived with perfect timing, fantastic customer service always available to reach on the other end of the phone which is always much nicer than having to send an email. very simple booking process and good prices! We hired them for a wedding, and it all worked out in the end and we got what we wanted, but the process for finding a location for the pick up and how and when we would be in connected with the driver was a little confusing. All small things that could be easily sorted, and they were very friendly and professional when we communicated with them.

Great trip to the football, comfortable coach and the drivers Julian and Darren were both top notch. Will use this company for many more trips next season. Easy to book and deal with at a reasonable price, even match a cheaper quote. Shout out to Peter too who was very helpful and easy to deal with whilst booking 👍

Terrible sales staff, didn’t help me when I said I had a different offer. They said they couldn’t even tell me exactly which bus I would be getting when they were massively different. Wouldn’t recommend unless you know exactly what you want and are sure of this. Will not be using them again… just wanted to get to prom.

Edit: thanks for the response, I did not book it as I was not happy. One offer I received was TR98997 along with others. I was messaging on WhatsApp with the staff.
