Buy A Beam Avaliações

I received a txt message about 6-40am the morning of delivery saying my two beams would be delivered about 7-40am that morning.I rang the mobile number from the txt message explaining the soonest I could get there was 8am.When I arrived at 8am both beams were left on the driveway next to the skip and a scrap man was in the process of helping himself to them.
Not good delivery service and not enough notice for me to get to the address to meet the driver for delivery.
If these beams had been stolen who would have been responsible to replace them.??
One hour notice to take a delivery in my opinion is not enough time.
Kind regards Paul Engleby

Easy to order, came on time good quality

Really easy and useful website with clear pricing and delivery details. Beams can quickly and just what we needed.

Great company, very easy to order and very fast at delivering

Very easy to use website, loved that I could upload drawings and calcs. This gave the manufacturers a chance to call and discuss my need and confirm every thing with me. Fantastic.

Easy to use Web site quick efficient service great quality.

Thanks for your support ..........

Real easy to deal with - Collected from Sam in Towcester - nice guy - many thanks

All good time of delivery given and all as expected

Absolutely brilliant shop. Best prices, instant dispatch, brilliant courier who off loaded the beam without moaning.

Very good quick service, arrived on the date stated and had a call from the driver a couple of hours before the delivery to give us chance to get ready,
No
Fuss no hassle

Whilst the ordering of the Beam was straightforward enough,The delivery was a day late and when queried by my husband, he found the gentleman on the phone to be abrupt and condescending. When they still had not arrived the following day, I called and spoke to same gentleman and I also found him to be dismissive. He should be there… well he’s not, he left at 730am, he should be there… well he’s not.
In the end the gentleman who delivered the beams were polite and helpful but the guy on the phone would put us off using your service again.

The quality of the beam is great, the price seems right and primed to a good standard. I would have given more stars but the delivery communication was poor.

excellent service, friendly delivery person

Quick delivery and great service over the phone with questions

Easy process to buy online. Very helpful staff as I realised I’d made a mistake on the delivery address, sorted for me and friendly delivery driver that turned up exactly as promised

I stumbled across Buy A Beam, while searching Google, for a local supplier, from the first click of the mouse, the process was simple, I would definitely recommend Buy A Beam, turnaround was super fast, cost was fair, correspondence was great from sttart to finish.
