The product and the customer service are both poor, having a business that makes a lot of garden structures and put polycarbonate roofs on them I used to buy a fair bit from this company, but we have now switched supplier and will never use these guys again.
The twinwall constantly arrived crushed at the corners, a few pieces have arrived scratched. But its how poorly cut the sheets come was the last straw for me, its not square, one piece looked like it had been cut by a hand saw with bjaggy ragged edges. It was also cut squint and was 10mm over size at one side, and 10mm undersize on the other side, so off by 20mm overall.
The company were not interested when I raised my issues with them at all and told me I need to cut it to size myself, why should I cut it to size if I ask them to cut it to size? No apologies, nothing. So, nope. We wont be buying any more from them

Thay are not a scam as I was beginning to believe they were and as they say they make a point of it eventually you will get good /straight forward customer service. But their IT company sold them a duff custmer service package all it does is not gvive service.,Bet it cost a forthune to put this in and it is useless.Eventually after two weeks a phone call and a great straight forward person sorted it oiut I cancelled my order got a refubd. Apity the company offers good prices a good prduct I'll bet but when one in six give a b ad review somethgings wrong pout a phone line in or ring a customer back,,,,no they didnt even when you asked for a phone call it never happened till two weeks of complaining asking for some meaningful contact .So overall a great company messed up by useless for many IT So only three stars and I am being generous .If thgey need help I'll give free help I did 40 years serving customers so I should know.

Clear amber website is very easy to use and to order, had corrugated clear roof with accessories within a week, quality product, well packaged, great communication from start to finish, great price even with delivery costs, delivery drivers were friendly, polite and a credit to the company, would definitely order from them again going to recommend to all friends and family

Bien ficelé pour vous prendre pour des bacs à douche. Ils baissent artificiellement le prix sur les gouttières, vendent des accessoires obligatoires 10 fois plus cher. Au final pour un système complet c’est 20% plus cher que les autres fournisseurs de gouttière alu.
Exemple: la gouttière à 4€ le mètre. La jonction de gouttière 32€ les 15cm soit 213€ le mètre ! Donc en fait votre mètre de gouttière coûte 1m de gouttière + 2 jonctions soit 68€ le mètre linéaire… grosse arnaque.
De plus leur « système » de fixation n’est pas plus pratique que n’importe quel autre système… Ne perdez pas votre temps sur leur site pour être déçu à la fin du panier 👍 j’ai économisé plus de 20% en passant par un autre site « online » 😉.

Mise à jour aprés avoir lu leurs avis positifs… lisez un peu, ce ne sont quasiment que des faux avis, des textes génériques avec des fautes grossières qui fonctionnent sur n’importe quel produit du monde. Totalement faux.

I love the Greyhound statute. Looks even better on my shelf and will definitely be buying the smaller size to match. Found it easy to order, quick delivery and well packaged.

Ordered on 02.04.2026 with 2 to 4 working days delivery, yet when tracking status shows "production".
Today is 17.04.2026 and looks my project is in risk of failure.

Great company, good value for money. Super quick delivery so quick I wasn’t going to be home so contacted them on the chat line asking the roof sheets to be left in a certain places they quickly responded and as requested they were delivered. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again

Bought Amber PVC roofing for a car port last year and was very easy to apply. Needed a replacement panel as was damaged by a tree in a storm. Arrived in good time, well packaged as usual and easy to replace.

Very efficient company, good website speedy delivery, driver complied with instructions. Material cut exactly to size

Delivery has been fairly prompt
The first order was presumably last drop of the day on a Friday , the driver was clearly in a hurry and unloaded recklessly, the roofing sheets when opened were damaged
We cut off the damage and do not report the issue
Second order was delivered , when we unpacked 1 of the 2 packages had 5 roofing sheets that were all smashed on the same corner
Because this was a scheduled job we cut the sheets down and re jigged the job so that we could get the customers roof done
All good ?
It was but ClearAmbers attitude towards my letting them know is where I take issue
Apparently I should
1. have let them know
2. Arranged collection
3. Awaited replacements
How does this achieve anything
We have labour scheduled to do the job, by doing so have saved Clearamber any costs and aggravation replacing damaged sheets

Here’s some advise for free

Get your drivers to inspect (with the customer ) the delivery
And when someone highlights an issue but uses the product albeit spending time and effort to use the damaged products, make an effort to stop them
leaving you anything but a positive revue

They delivered by mistake 6 x 4m of aluminium guttering 10 months ago and won’t collect. What do I do with them, I didn’t even order them!!!!
