I had a great experience using this site. I was a bit wary at first because I spent quite a bit on a hefty box set without being sure about the shop and service. But full tracking was provided with royal mail and it arrived well packaged and before the estimated arrival. I will be using this shop again. Shame about the negative reviews, maybe they need to put some more effort into their customer service.

Well I have nothing but praise! Ordered boxset which arrived promptly and well packaged. Looks to be genuine article (good quality).

Okay so I am a huge star wars fan, and have recently got into the clone wars TV series. Unfortunately I got into it post Disney takeover, and as a result they are no longer releasing the DVD's so I had to turn to Ebay at first to get the first 5 seasons on DVD and have been slowly going through them.

As I still needed to get the last two seasons I found this website and decided to buy season 6 and 7 of the clone wars, unfortunately I discovered afterwards its horrendous reputation on trust pilot, and was scared I had wasted my money.

However today my DVD's did arrive in the post, and have checked them on my XBOX ONE to see if they work which they do. Now Season 6 seems legit, however season 7 is obviously pirated however having now realized I cannot get season 7 anywhere else I am loathed to care.

The seller took there time in sending the item, after I open Paypal dispute. But eventually it arrived as advertised.

Bought a box set from this company. Unfortunately one of the dvds kept freezing. Contacted them and asked for a refund. Full refund was back within 2 days. I would use them again.

This is not a UK company as advertised. The address and phone number are not valid.

I ordered a Region 2 DVD and it took weeks to arrive, far longer than advertised. Upon receipt it became obvious that this was actually an imported region 1 DVD, which of course isn't legally for sale in the UK and shouldn't work on UK players. The shipping documentation showed that the item was shipped from an 'unreturnable' address in China.

The company initially refused to accept that the DVD wouldn't work, suggesting I try other DVD players (who has 5 DVD players lying around?) but eventually verbally agreed to a refund (after several ignored emails). When a week passed and no refund came it became obvious that this agreement was purely lip service, so I contacted PayPal and opened a case which was quickly closed in my favour, forcing them to refund me. I was lucky.

Avoid at all costs, this a fake company importing fake DVDs from China.

Edit. I have now obtained a retail copy of the DVD from elsewhere and it has become clear that the one this company sent is completely counterfeit and much poorer quality.

I should have checked reviews before using this service. Communication with this 'company' is useless. Waited for delivery of DVD as stated - 5/8 days. then 15day, nothing, Tracking information given was of no help, it never changed from when it was first given to me. Phone number rings for few times & then goes unobtainable. E-mails, didn't answer my questions at all, grammar 'suspect', blamed COVID!

Partner purchased me the marvel cinematic 23 movie box set for my birthday,

They arrived, i opened the box to find the dvds with dull dics covers (not how I'd expect a multi million pound company's dvds (marvel).

Spelling mistakes on the discs, and what can only be described as a comic sans font on the fronts of all discs, i.e DISC 1, IRON MAN AND THE INCREDIBLE HULK.

ANYWAY put them in the dvd player and the menu ect already looked wrong (cheap/copys)

I highly suspect these are all pirate copys and made up into a boxset to be sold.to unsuspecting customers, they were rubbish quality, movie distorted and pixilated.

Opened up a paypal claim and they refunded the full amount straight away without asking for the dvds to be returned (which tells me they know exactly what they are doing is wrong)

This company should be shut down for copyright fraud.

I bought a box set without checking this company's reviews as a present. The item did not arrive in the time frame so contacted them and they stated it was posted on 13th December and would be with me by 16th December. I had not received it by 20th and asked, as it had not been shipped, to cancel the item for full refund. Told I could not cancel the item, the item had been posted and should wait for delivery to arrive. It arrived on the 21st December, a Zone 1 box set, so asked to return the item for a full refund and free return postage as it was useless for Zone 2 UK viewing. Told they would send me return label on the 28th December, still waiting for the label after chasing it three times, and then told would get full refund and label sent , that was 5 working days ago. I have reported them to PayPal as they would not accept any other form of payment except paypal and to trading standards. i now have a useless box set, cant use it, cant sell it in the UK and out of pocket £36.00 NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I bought the item from another retailer, it arrived the next day and was a Zone 2 box set which I am enjoying watching.

I was tempted to purchase American Horror Story: 1984 from this site, but seeing as it's not actually commercially available in Australia yet, and the three 5-star reviews were all vague and generic as well as written on exactly the same day, it definitely seems like the product doesn't even exist, or it's a pirated copy. Very suspicious indeed. I'd give it a miss.

I ordered some DVDs on 7th December 2020 as a Christmas present. Any emails I sent to the seller were answered with a standard text blaming Christmas and covid, although many other order placed with other companies all arrived within a few days. In addition the tracking information I was given suggested the item had never been posted, and it remained unchanged from the very moment it was first sent to me.
I have initiated a complaints procedure with paypal.
While I cannot judge whether this is all a scam, I would avoid this seller at all costs, and just wish I had read the reviews here before ordering.

I ordered my DVDs on December 7th 2020. Nothing seemed to be happening and I went on to Trust Pilot where I found a lot of bad reviews. At that stage, I assumed I had been scammed as, nearly two weeks later I had heard nothing. BUYDVDSONLINE told me it was down to COVID delays. The package did arrive today, December 21st, so I am happy. The order is perfect and no issues. Well done.

With the intervention of PayPal, strangely my order suddenly picked up speed. It arrived on Friday 3 December.

But still all is not well.

I tried first disks out of each box set, because after what I've read in the reviews I was ready to believe nothing would play or I'd see the ice cream lady walking round!

They played to my amazement but both of the series defaulted to sub-titles. Season 6 was OK because I could switch them off, I couldn't switch them off on Season 7.

Another thing worthy of note is that there are no special features on either series. This doesn't normally bother me but it does this time. They are obviously produced in another country and not as officially released DVDs.

I've left the matter with PayPal for the time being, on the basis that this company may be operating against the laws on copyright theft and may have to be reported to F.A.C.T.

I believe the DVDs I have received are produced in a Far East country. They play but have permanent subtitles and do not have any special features.

The whole presentation appears to be amateurish.

I have received a 50% refund although the process was long and protracted. I think this is the best outcome I can expect.

It is my strong suggestion that this company should be avoided at all costs. Do not order from this company.

Even one star is too much! Obviously fake/pirated DVDs and had to fight to receive a refund. AVOID THIS DODGY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS....

I have not received a dvd I ordered and I others have also experienced this I see, but I don't feel it's the companies fault. I cannot see it available anywhere online so there is obviously a supply issue. When I have queried it, they responded very quickly and offered a refund which I got straight away.

Just don't. DVD never turned up (was of course blamed on covid). Emails come from China, suspect the DVD does too, which isn't stated on the site. Filed a claim through PayPal for refund.

Something very suspicious about this company. We ordered Outlander Series 5.
1 - It arrived several days ahead of the UK release date.
2 - there are no UK ratings, eg 15 18 PG etc.
3 - the bar code is 'odd'
4 - the disks look and feel strange
5 - our 'legit' UK DVDs spell 'Colour', this one spells 'color'.
6 - The DVD is region 1 and not region 2

Avoid them!

Avoid or use at your peril. Region 1 arrived instead of region 2 as advertised. Email generated from China. Payment went to a name in Australia. No refund forthcoming. No properly registered building in UK or Australia. Phone number unanswered.

I paid for a dvd and had an email saying it was dispatched. The tracker from Royal Mail said that they had been told they were to receive from the sender but nothing was sent. I had paid via PayPal and have had my money refunded but please be aware when using this company. I am not sure how legitimate it is.
