Like most people on this review site, I ordered from BXRHub thinking they were a British company with inventory in UK. That was 10 days ago. Then I got a "tracking" information from a sketchy Chinese "shipping company" 8 days ago which has shown the shipper has received shipping info, but not the product to ship. The shipping status has not changed since. I've reached out to BXRHub five times with no response. There has been no movement, no response, no nothing. Seems like a scam company. Run AWAY!

I tried to contact Shopify for help, but their automated system won't let me submit a problem for review unless the order is over 30 days old. This experience also told me not to rely on Shopify-network companies. It's almost like they provide cover for scammers for a fee (likely a % of the take that BXRHub scams off of customers).

Luckily, I should be able to protest the charge with my credit card company. You can typically count on Chase to do the right thing in these instances.

Avoid like the plague. Customer service shocking.
Ordered punchbag 5th December and 2 weeks later had no package or no delivery details.
Tried several times to find out where it was, only to be ignored for days.
Finally come back and tell me it’s lost and told me I would get a refund, which I asked for as had to go and buy elsewhere.
Now they are telling me I won’t be getting a refund as the package has now been dispatched. Bear in mind this is now leaving China on 23rd December and they think I will be ok with this! Absolute joke!

Do not buy from them! Scam! Can’t get hold of them - sucks we have to order from Amazon but at least you know!

I would give zero stars if possible. Awful. Ordered for my sons Christmas. No communication whatsoever. I have messaged on all platforms and no response. A lesson learned by me thats for sure as I'm usually very good at checking reviews. This time they got me. One disappointed boy at christmas

AVOID. Poor product. Awful customer service.

Would not comply with legal right to cancel within 14 days.

They agreed to send us a 25% refund, which we are still waiting for.

Scam, no tracking and no reply to emails.

Order placed two weeks ago and still has not been sent. No reply to numerous emails, scam!

Placed a order over 2 weeks ago paid £100 said fast delivery not even had a email to say dispatched sent Numerous Emails but had no response whatsoever. This was a Christmas present for my son who is going away before Christmas that’s why I ordered with plenty of time. Send it to be here before he leaves would not recommend these guys.

I wasn’t going to write a review, but considering I have not been responded to about my item, here’s my experience.
This company is an absolute scam. I paid £80 for a rubbish boxing bag, plus I paid for insured shipping. I waited 2 months for my package, just for the item to come damaged and defective. I’ve never been able to use the item so therefore wasted £80. I have contacted the company multiple times. I opened a chargeback and they promised an immediate refund if I cancel the chargeback, now I have not had a response in over 2 weeks since cancelling the chargeback and being told that I can not get a refund, as they already gave me a partial refund (which was the £4 I paid for premium shipping which I still never recover back in my bank) for their defective products lol. Their customer service is absolutely shocking! I can’t believe a company just ignores their emails and doesn’t respond with respect or good customer service at all. It’s been 2 months since it’s been delivered and I’m still waiting to be compensated for their own mistake.

Poor product with a poor customer service.. just overall poor in every way

This product does not work it doesn’t stick to the floor and comes off after one punch. They say 30-day return, but they do not mean it. I tried to return it and they came back that it is too expensive to return it in China. The return address on the box is in IL. Then they try to appease you with we will go ve 20 off 30 off and then nothing. This product is crap

Absolutely rubbish
Don't buy.
Company crap with no communication.
£55 for a piece of rubbish

Total crap, made in China. Doesn't match the description, crooked rod. Doesn't stick on the floor. I tried many surfaces. Included boxing gloves are TOTALLY different, looks like child toy.
