Terrible installation and worse customer service
Our pergola was installed yesterday and is totally out of alignment always round. I have sent pictures but have been told that it was alright when the fitters left. Which is clearly a not the case. Awful installation and now not even trying to put right. Given the opportunity to put right but not interested

You did not deliver the necessary items for the installers to do their job. As a result, we now have to await another delivery date. The installers were also annoyed because they felt embarrassed that they could not complete (or even start!) the job.

The guys arrived on times and were very upbeat for 7am in the morning, The boys were very professional and got on with erecting the pergola. It was up and finished in no time and the boys made a great job of it, with no fuss

Very professional and polite but turned up at 7.35 not 9am!
Delivery was booked 9am-12pm with a phone call 30mins prior. They turned up at 7.35am! Good job I was working a night shift and not home til 8.30! That aside, the guys were very polite, built the furniture and removed all packaging as per the package we’d paid for.

Only one driver for a 40kg chest for upstairs. I had to help him- I’m 65 with a weak back! We now have to dispose of a car load of cardboard and polystyrene- very unimpressed

Excellent delivery crew
Excellent delivery crew. Kept us well informed of progress and delivered within the specified window. In addition they carried our delivery up to the top floor, which in our three storey 18th century cottage with tight staircases is no mean feat. Excellent service thank you.
