I’ve been buying from BYLT since around 2017, and I’m pretty sure I’ve spent close to $5,000 with them at this point. 😂

I’ve got just about everything they make—shirts, pants, jackets, and accessories—and I keep coming back because the quality and fit are consistently on point. Their clothes are comfortable, look great, and hold up really well. They’ve basically BYLT wardrobe (see what i did there. 🕵🏼‍♀️

On top of that, their customer service has always been awesome whenever I’ve needed anything.

I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot.Just don’t blame me when half your closet ends up being BYLT too.

Premium products backed by premium customer care. It’s rare to find a company that delivers on both, and BYLT absolutely does. I’ll definitely continue being a customer and highly recommend them.

I've ordered multiple items from bylt in the past. Dress shirts, jeans and dress pants were all exceptional. I ordered the active shorts and thats where they lost me. Where they really lost me was not being able to get in contact with anyone from customer service. So far ive inquired twice through their website and once through my own email and have yet to get any response (its been about a month now). The active shorts I ordered started to fray and shed along the front after only a few wears, and never once were they put into the dryer. I have cheaper brand athletic shorts that ive had for years that are in way better shape.

Overall, pretty disapointing customer service from a company with a premium price tag.

High quality products, great variety, and excellent customer service

Ordered a polo when it arrived fell in love with look and material problem was it was too big. Me and my wife went on vacation and forgot when we got back we went to exchange it at the store and was told it was past 30 days and couldn’t return. Called customer service explained the situation and was issued a return the same day. Great service to customer service to match the great product.

I have FINALLY found the perfect tshirt. Nice weight, perfect sleeve length, perfect crew neck!! So happy, I bought four!!

Moe made the customer service experience a breeze. I needed to exchange some shirts due to sizing for an upcoming trip. The BYLT exchange process went smoothly u til the post office where I dropped off my return dragged their feet on processing the exchange get shipping. Moe was able to quickly halt the exchange for a store credit so I could purchase the correct sizes in time for my trip! Great job Moe!!

I used to be a big fan of BYLT and had purchased several items from them in the past. The quality of those products is what made me comfortable ordering again.

I recently used a BYLT gift card to purchase a pair of clearance pants. When they arrived, I immediately noticed the quality didn’t seem to match the products I had purchased a few years ago. I removed the tags and put them away until the weather cooled down.

On the very first day I wore them, I noticed a seam beginning to fray. I contacted customer service expecting them to stand behind what was clearly a manufacturing defect. Instead, I was told they would do nothing because the pants were a clearance item. Even more frustrating, they claimed they didn’t believe the pants had only been worn once, stating:

“Looking at the photo again, the pants do appear worn beyond a single wear, so unfortunately we’re not able to offer a replacement or store credit here.”

That statement is simply false. The pants had been worn exactly once.

I even provided a photo comparing them to another pair of BYLT pants I purchased over two years ago that have been worn countless times. Those older pants are still in significantly better condition than this brand-new pair, which speaks volumes about the decline in quality.

Defective products can happen with any company. What separates a great company from the rest is how they respond. Unfortunately, BYLT chose not to stand behind its product or its customer.

This experience has completely changed my opinion of the brand. I won’t be purchasing from BYLT again, nor would I recommend them based on my experience.
