The customer service at BYLT is on point. The return/exchange process is pretty seamless (especially with Happy Returns). My only comment (which is not about service) is regarding consistency in sizing; for example, I have pants that are 30", 31", and 32" waists depending on the style. So, consistency in sizing could be improved; the product material and craftsmanship are excellent.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Be very careful about what you order if you choose to shop with BYLT Basics. I ordered 3 shirts and 3 shorts. Delivery was quick (one week). However, the clothes did not fit so I mailed the stuff back and requested an exchange for size. Easy right!? BYLT will tell you that it can take 14-30 days to process an exchange. I received a confirmation email from BYLT 5 weeks ago telling me that they have received my returned items, yet they have not contacted me since nor mailed me the items I requested to exchange! 5+ weeks of no communication and no clothes. They are stealing my money!! Buyer beware!! DO NOT REQUEST AN EXCHANGE FROM THIS COMPANY. You are better off returning items, requesting a refund and reordering new items. Absolutely horrifying customer service and logistics!

Quit an unusual experience. Ordered a pair of pants..tried them on and they were too big on me. Filled out an exchange form as I loved the pant and wanted to purchase another. Company replaced with same pant. After inquiring was in formed that you cannot exchange …you must return and order a new pair. What?? LOL I am in the middle of this process at this time. Company service has been BEYOND EXCELLENT!! Hope this story has a Happy ending…

The quality of the Bylt pants I’ve purchased is excellent! Super comfortable, and high quality.

I had a question about how to buy 2 more pairs of the same pants that I like so much, because it appeared they were out of stock. The customer service was fast and very helpful. Turns out that the pants I wanted were back in stock!

I highly recommend this brand not just for the quality but also for the excellent customer service.

Regular businesses become great when they treat customers with respect and do it in a timely manner. These are things I recently received from BYLT - I had a excellent experience with BYLT helping me handle a mistake I had made with an order. Great companies want to partner with their customers by providing great service.

Worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. Can’t get a hold of anybody and returns are impossible. They sucked me for a $200 hundred dollars and have not seen a dime back.

Representatives are outstanding in helping to solve any issues. They totally listen and find ways to make a client feel special;

I had a problem with sizes; the XL was too small, the 2XL was too big and without hesitation BYLT customer service made it right by letting me return the item, even though it was exchange only.
I find this company to be up front and very honest,not to mention, my husband loves the pants and shirts. Wish they made petite sizes for women; I would buy a lot!

Clothing fits and feels great. Customer support is kind and prompt. A returning customer because of the quality.

No sooner did i send an email about a return that i received an answer. I was able to process my return without any complications. It put me in such a good mood that I bought two more items.

I have always had a positive experience with Bylt. If it’s an online return/exchange, an in-store interaction with employees, or just chatting with support, they always make me feel appreciated. Their products are top tier quality, look and feel great, and I can’t say enough good things about their products. My closet is being taken over by Bylt and I love it.

Great quality shirts and great customer service

Mercy was very helpful in resolving my issue in a timely manner. I love the style and quality of Bylt, any issue I have ever had has been taken care of promptly. I always recommend Bylt to all of my family and friends.

Paid 50 bucks for a tee shirt and rush shipping just for the shirt to end up in Hawaii. 😂 Terrible first experience but willing to try again if we can get this situation figured out.

Used to really like the fit and quality of the everyday pant 2.0 but recently that has changed. The exact same size I’ve always gotten 30 30 can vary in length by as much as 2 inches and the overall fit is very inconsistent.

I wanted to exchange a pair of pants for another size. I couldn’t figure out how to begin the exchange process, and I realized that I was outside the 30 day window from when I purchased them. I assumed I had 30 days from when they were delivered to make an exchange. I had a quick text conversation with Rachelle who facilitated the exchange with ease. All I had to do was drop the pants off in the original packaging to staples and the exchange is on it’s way.

I am a long time customer who wore BYLT exclusively for years to work and casual. I experienced multiple quality issues and expected customer service would recognize my brand loyalty and back their product, but I was wrong! Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After you play the game with their AI customer support system, they do nothing to help you. I had 3 pairs of pants fail due to a zipper malfunction, and one of their golf shirts completely fall apart after only a couple of uses. I understand this stuff happens in manufacturing, but at least back your product and take care of your loyal customers. I am known for wearing BYLT every day and have had many co workers and friends start wearing all BYLT from my recommendation, but that won’t happen anymore. I will never support this brand again after the experience with their customer service!
