It was terrible I had to go through a whole process to get to someone by chat then they did not answer me. I am frustrated by this I love your product but this is terrible and I do not want to order anything because if I have another issue it won’t get resolved like this one didn’t

I have made several purchases with BYLT and have always been impressed. I had an issue with a purchase price vs a sale price and emailed them about my issue. With no push back they refunded me the difference and made it right within minutes. No waiting days for a reply or a fight. Just good old fashioned Good Customer Service. BYLT...you just increased your revenue with this customer.

I used to love this brand, I first bought their shirts and the original Bylt Pant back in 2018. They have since gone down hill fast and no longer even offer the bylt pant and the new styles are not what I am looking for and the last order was lower quality than i came to expect from them.

Great product variety. Had a mixup on shipping and they helped me out! More than many companies will do.

I've ordered several times from bylt when they offer discounts for their attire. Orders have come quickly and prices are reasonable. Used their customer service a few times and response and resolution had been quick. I would continue to order from bylt.

Amber was my chat representative. I was having some difficulty navigating an issue and she stayed with me throughout my order placement to insure my order got processed successfully. She went above and beyond with me as I am not savvy with technology!!!

BYLT has great customer service and products!

I have given BYLT more than a few chances to respond to my request by emailing them or chatting with them, but to no success. They DO NOT support their merchandise once it is sold. No customer support. Please do not purchase their merchandise; you will be stuck with them if you have a problem or a question.

I ordered several items from BYLT but unfortunately my package never arrived. It turns out that the carrier was unable to deliver my package and had returned it to the merchant without giving me notice. I contacted BYLT’s customer support and was kindly greeted by Rachelle - who was able to place a reshipment of my missing products almost immediately. I am very happy with the quick response and courtesy from the BYLT customer service team, and I plan to continue doing business with them in the future!

While I did not love the fit of some of the Tshirts I ordered, Carol helped to make the process of returning the items easy. I was having trouble navigating the return on line and reached out via Chat. Very Helpful.
