Best Customer Service Ever!
What made my experience great is the superior customer service. I accidentally missed my concierge’s call when they dropping off my laundry. The ByNext associate, Jack, located the driver and coordinated the driver to return and drop off my laundry in a timely manner. Amazing service!

My clothes were cancelled abruptly…
My clothes were cancelled abruptly during their delivery window last week Friday. The time slot moved and then just kept moving day by day with no update. Finally I got a reply yesterday from your team that they were delivered to the wrong house and have not been recovered so at this point I have paid for cleaning for it to be delayed a week and lose hundreds of dollars worth of clothes.

DO NOT USE BYNEXT - THEY LOSE YOUR CLOTHES
Let's just cut to the chase. They lost my clothes. When a PE owned company like this loses your clothes, they have no customer service and there is virtually zero communication. The front end app is completely disconnected from the subcontractors, and the whole experience simply doesn't work.

This review pertains to home cleaning services (we also are customers of their dry cleaning services).
They have some truly excellent cleaners. My only quibble is that cleaners are sent on scheduled dates + times based on availability, so if a cleaner is sent who is unfamiliar with the living space or other specific needs and preferences, then the result can be unpredictable.
I believe this is a risk with all large cleaning agencies.
I would add that ByNext have been very accommodating of our specific needs (eg sometimes we work from home and so our reservation time is fairly strict)
The customer service team are good; the website not so much
Overall, the 5 stars is is for ByNext's willingness to accommodate our work schedule, our unusual apartment layout, and some great individual cleaners that they employ.

Poor communication
I have been a customer for a long time. Service is always consistent however the last order took 7 days to complete. Poor communication meant my bag was left outside each day and the order updated at the end of each day with tomorrow's date. While it is understandable that things happen, the way this was handled was poor. You build a reputation on fast and reliable service and it only takes one mishandled customer to lose that reputation.
