Replaced a Kranzle hose for an Uber flex that popped after 4 months weekend detailing bought through Amazon ( no guarantee) I found.

I had really quick responses from the guys to my emails as I wasn’t sure on the correct products to get. I made a mistake in one order so they even sent me a £10 off voucher to help me out. Fantastic service from guys who care

The order was completed quickly and sent out the next day the third party that the deliver the package lost it in transit. The team at CA Detailing were informed and dealt with issue. They sent the replacement order and I received it within 24hrs by different third party. So thank you to CA Detailing

I ordered some Bilt Hamber products with my car booked in for a valet the next day - the order was on two-day delivery, which wouldn't have made it. Without me even asking, they express-shipped it overnight at no extra charge and emailed me to confirm it was on its way. That's proper customer service - they solved my problem rather than sticking to the small print. Great products, helpful team, and I'll be using them again. Highly recommended.

Exceeded my expectations.

I placed an order with CA Detailing on Monday and as usual it arrived within 48 hours.
Unfortunately the trigger spray for the Auto-Wheel was missing so I notified CA right away.

Sabbir organised a replacement immediately and when it arrived it was packed in a box to make sure it wasn't damaged in-transit.

He did not hesitate to send a replacement and this is only my 2nd order with them so getting this level of customer service is excellent.

I highly recommend them.
