Customer service was stellar from start to finish. Even though the first delivery attempt was not successful, the recipient was called by a representative the following day to assist with the second delivery attempt. The second delivery was successful, but unfortunately, one of the products received by the recipient was flawed. After explaining the unfortunate situation, excellent efforts were made by the company to fix the error. I have used several gift delivery services due to the pandemic this past year (U.S. and Canada), and my experience with this company tops them all. What could have been a less than pleasant experience at the end was swiftly remedied and turned into a very satisfactory one overall. Email responses were always prompt and very professional. And in spite of the mishap, I look forward to using their services again due to the great quality of their products and customer service. Thank you Cadofrance ;)

Terrible, worst experience I have ever had. Item never received and they refused a refund due to 'incorrect address' provided by the customer. which was totally not true, the address is correct and the recipient was in at the time of delivery due to it being a lockdown in Paris. Wasted 75 euros and immeasurable time and stress fighting with them. Awful awful awful. avoid.

To further clarify the situation, the delivery courier was unable to locate the recipient because 1) his name was not on the doorbell and the name that is on the doorbell was unknown, and 2) the building intercom was broken. We apologize for the disappointment, and as was communicated earlier, this order has been refunded in full. Thank you again.

Charming Gold & Godiva Chocolates
We ordered the Charming Gold & Godiva Chocolates for a Mother's Day gift - a box arrived on the day we specified, beautifully packaged - flowers surrounded by cold gel - my Mum was very impressed with the presentation and THE most gorgeous bunch of flowers - she was absolutely thrilled. We will definitely be using Cadofrance again!

CadoFrance contacted me and offered me a voucher immediately. That's the level of service quality that I am used to seeing from them. Thank you CadoFrance.
I have been using CadoFrance for years... Now and then they make a failed delivery. This was one of those, unfortunately. Roses were not the color I ordered (White) and also receiver of them told me they wilted the next day... :(
I actually would like a refund or at least a credit for a future order.
