I sent 7 SLEM tests from my litter to CAGT on 6/6/23. Their website suggests results within 10 working days. I received my results today, 12/6. I had also made a silly mistake on one test form, and instead of returning the form, they used common sense and emailed me to rectify the error, which I did. They present a most professional but human face to the process which is refreshing and helps speed up the whole procedure. I would certainly use them again. Thank you.
