Tried free trial and cancelled, got charged 3 times.
Cancelled it again because it showed it magically was subscribed again, got charged again today.

5 emails sent. No replies. Such a scam.

Totally a scam.
Tried to cancel multiple times but couldn't get past the billing page. They've tried to charge my card multiple times for different amounts even though ive changed my catf details. Ive emailed at least 5 times for this to be stopped and recieved no email back. They just keep trying to take moneu

Signed up for the free trial tried to use it once did not like the horrible service that was provided canceled my subscription and now they continue to try and charge my card at $180 after I’ve reached out multiple and I mean multiple times via email and I’ve gotten no response. Do not use stay away from this company.

Canceled my subscription and there still trying to charge me multiple times!!!!! Do not use them major scam.

I paid $100 for a year long subscription. Then I go to log in and it alerts that I need to pay again to access the tools. They replied to my review and I reached out to them over a handful of times with no luck. Extremely frustrating!!

It may have took month for them to fix the issue but they turn it around refunded all the money I spent and gave me a free month of the subscription as well. Honestly despite the problems I had I will keep paying for their subscription because caktus AI is extremely beneficial when it comes to my school work.

charged me 6 times in july, I emailed to get a refund, they emailed me saying will refund asap and then ghosted with no refund.

It is a scam. They said you have 3 days free subscription. However, after I subscribed I was not able to cancel within the 3 days.

Excellent experience. Really helpful and I’d recommend to anyone.

I emailed about a complaint never you never got back to me.

Everytime I get on it says I have to subscribe again which I already have a subscription for. Plus when I do the AI detector it doesn't give me the option to change words so the or make it undetected. But all an all it's a great app

You double charged my Visa and Amex for the same subscription. I will be filing a fraud alert with my bank on Monday. Be better!

You guys are changing up so many things. I wish It was still the same as when I signed up last year.

Caktus replied to me, on here, assuring me they would immediately action my help if I emailed their support email. I have emailed another three times, still no responses. Avoid this company at all costs. I am going to have to close my bank account if they keep trying to take my money.

My account keeps getting charged twice and customer service doesn’t respond most of the time. Also half the time it’s not working. When it does work it’s great.

I have reached out to support twice in the last week and I haven’t received a response.

I have been billed over 3 times in the same month

I have sent an email early this week and no one has gotten back to me
