I did an online call after taking an…
I did an online call after taking an over the counter test for uti with it being positive for nitrites and leukocytes providing them pictures of the test results, process was quick and easy but they prescribed a fungal prescription. I am in the medical field and I know when there’s nitrates in the urine that usually is a bacterial infection. I reached back out to them questioning the treatment plan then they responded that yes nitrates means bacterial infection never prescribed me a different medication or treatment plan so I end up having to go to a different site spending more money to get my antibiotics so the call a doc site was a unproductive online services

They charged me for more medication…
They charged me for more medication than they actually delivered. They repeatedly avoided addressing my complaints. Then they lied about their practices. ......... No one should ever use this service

Used this site 6 times now. Thank you thank you thank you!! On the weekend they get me a prescription without the disgusting encounter with urgent care. While on vacation I got meds and had them sent to the local pharmacy! When the kids woke up with strep after an older had strep they were able to get meds without me dragging them out into the cold! Amazing! I appreciate it so much! I recommend it to everyone!!

you should use this. (read my review)
simple cheap, i will say i wish i did this sooner because i had strep for 6 days and ended up finally getting antibiotics and they got me it within those 2 hours. ended up being a tonsil abscess and i got surgery the same day and feel so much better ✨✨

Excellent care in a timely fashion!
This is my second time in several years using Call On Doc and this service works very well for me and my work schedule. It is quick and easy to navigate the site and I received excellent service. My pharmacy notified me my medication was ready and I was able to get started on it right away instead of having to wait until Monday or Tuesday or go to an urgent care or ER. This is a great economical, time saving service and I highly recommend it.

They are there when you need them
They are there when you need them. Fill out a questionnaire, Doctor reviews it, and before you know it your pharmacy is calling you to let you know your prescription is ready. Great company, I haven’t had any trouble with them. Would recommend and would use them again.
