I was charged $299 instead of $149. They refused to give me a refund, and tried to send me another order for $269 after I repeatedly asked them to never send me anything again. I have dozens of e-mails with them saying they would not ship to me again.To add insult to injury, they are selling their product to anyone for $79. All I want is to never deal with the again. If anyone has had problems like this with them, please contact me.

Have not received any communication nor any medication since I applied

It’s very hard to get timely help. I have an order showing delivered that was not there. I need an order since I’ve been 9 days without taking my GLP1

Just started using it but it can super organized

Absolutely terrible and incredibly frustrating. I signed up over a month ago wanted to switch my provider as I have been on compound tirzepitide for over a year and have been on 10 mg dose for several months. I responded to their questionnaire by clearly stating this multiple times, and for some reason they prescribed me 2.5mg- obviously not looking at my health info AT ALL which is very concerning. Then they gave me the run around with their AI chatbot for 2 WEEKS and finally when a provider changed the subscription they did 5mg! Totally illogical. After all that and clearly stating I have been on 10mg why in the world would they prescribe 5- again CLEARLY not reviewing my health info at all- again concerning. Now it has been over a week again waiting for them to fix it. I cannot wrap my head around why this could possibly be taking so long. They also keep saying a ‘provider will reach out’ which would be great- but I have not spoken to or chatted with a provider even one time. At this point I’m probably just going to ask for a refund but I would actually like to get my meds since I do need them and starting over with yet another company will take time too. But be warned this company is a mess and I wouldn’t trust them to make sound health decisions for you considering they clearly don’t pay attention.

Did my initial questionnaire and paid my money on July 3rd. On July 9th I still had not received anything nor heard back from anyone. Cannot get ahold of anyone to talk to nor get a callback after leaving numerous voicemail. Bottom line is I was scammed out of my money and medicine.

Was told I needed a virtual consultation before being approved for anything. That’s fine. I scheduled one. Joined the call at scheduled time on the dot waited for over 20 minutes and no one showed tried contacting care team support/doctor. It’s been over 24 hours and no one has yet to respond or get in contact

After u purchase it’ll take weeks to get medication

My tirzepatide was warm when I received it. The ice bags were melted. I hope it hasn’t affected the drug. My last supplier had a one day delivery. Please try to do better.

I was approved and ordered 8 days ago and have yet to receive my order. I did reach out and have not gotten a response. I am 5 seconds away from canceling my order and going with a different provider.

They sent me the wrong dosage and would not stand behind it. I now have the wrong dosage all month.

Signing up was easy enough, though the pricing could be a bit more transparent. very little communication and explanation of how to use the meds. I will review after the first month and re-evaluate

It been a slow start after signing up it took a week n half to get started because a conference call had to be made to determine if I was able to start program

Great communication so far. Just took my first dose yesterday. So looking forward to 12 pound lost in 12 weeks which put me tight up to my birthday and vacation!

So far so good. I just wish they had a member portal where you can log you stats, view dosages, etc

Delivery was as promised

Its only been two weeks for me and I still have food noise. So I can’t give a 100% honest review to say that its really working for me. I may can give a more detailed review after my second or third month. But as of today right this moment, I would say, its not working as I’d like but I”m wiling to give it time and see what happens
