I like the honest approach to pricing. It tells you what you pay now and what it will be after the 3 month trial. It advises up front about the automatic renewal and when you need to cancel to stop this if you don’t want to continue.

I've updated my comments to incorporate the great support that I got from the Calmio's staff. It took a bit of doing but my issue was addressed and resolved to my full satisfaction. I recommend Calmio without reservations.

The app is super useful as I was trying to reduce my dependency on alcohol.
It is very user friendly and allows you to build up slowly and reset your mind thus re training your thought processes.

What made my purchase experience a good one, was how easy it was to navigate the purchase process. The reason why it was not 5 stars, was because I wasn't happy with the unexpected add-ons at the end.

I was pleased at how easy it was to join and that there was no high pressure to add on extra services. If I clicked "no thanks" then process moved along, unlike some other companies.

The questionnaire was spot on to determine my way forward.

Having the accountability and knowledge that the brain has the ability to be “rewired”. The app makes it easy to navigate the readings and explain the process of recovery. I am looking forward to this being the transformation that i desperately need to change my life and relationships, when nothing else seemed to help or stick.

I signed up with the Calmio App after seeing an offer of 3 months subscription for USD34.99 in the hopes to achieving the goal of stopping smoking. The app itself is confusing with no clear instructions and I had to interrogate the AI to get clarification. The lesson a day concept is quiet foreign to me when delivered with instructions that are more suitable to a machine than to a human being.
After a week or so I realized this was probably not the app for me.
In the interim I quit smoking cold turkey and hence I didn't bother with the app until three days ago, when I decided to log in and cancel my subscription.

The very next day my credit card was charged for
USD99.00!

I wrote to their support people and explained I did not want the subscription and as I had not worked in two months and money was tight, please could they refund the charge of USD99.00 as soon as possible.

They responded to me saying they have a no refunds policy on subscription renewals! I responded that this was not acceptable as my subscription renewal is only due in October, so why am I getting charge a subscription renewal now (end of July)? So far I have had zero response and I feel I am being ghosted!

Beware people, this is a company that offers dubious services and then fleeces its customers and refuses refunds when called out! So far Calmio has done anything but calm me!

I have reviewed my rating from 1 star to three stars, however I do not believe I will be utilizing the app s I mentioned that I find it too confusing and complicated.

As a graphic designer, I appreciated the well drawn illustrations the color palette, and the ease of moving through the experience on my phone. I thought the test was also good, but there were times where I might’ve wanted to select a second selection during the quiz, but that wasn’t possible since it kicked you to the next frame. But all in all a good experience.

It was very easy to sign up. So far it looks like it is going to be easy to navigate.

I signed up for an initial trial offer and while finding it very beneficial, did not use it as intended. I notified their customer service, specifically, Teresa Daguia
Customer Care Specialist, and she completely understood and helped rectifiy my account to my complete satisfaction. If I need the app in the future, I won't hesitate to use it based on this customer service!

The customer service rep Teresa Daguia made my experience 5 star. I did not realize from the facebook advertising that the initial payment was only for three months. This was not clear at all! ( Shame on you Calmio). However, once the next payment was unexpectedly taken from my Pay Pal account, I sent an email to customer service. Teresa Daguia corrected it immediately and authorized a refund. Excellent customer service, thank you.
