customer service Teresa Daguia is excellent
The customer service rep Teresa Daguia made my experience 5 star. I did not realize from the facebook advertising that the initial payment was only for three months. This was not clear at all! ( Shame on you Calmio). However, once the next payment was unexpectedly taken from my Pay Pal account, I sent an email to customer service. Teresa Daguia corrected it immediately and authorized a refund. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Took a while, but good in the end
I had an issue with my subscription, and it took a while to get it resolved. But the eventual outcome was positive.
Sadly, issues with getting timely support is common everywhere. But I am grateful that Calmio committed to resolve the issue and did so.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're truly sorry for the frustration this has caused.
I want to reassure you that Calmio is not a subscription mill. Our plans renew automatically at the end of the paid period unless they're cancelled beforehand, which is standard for subscriptions but clearly wasn't as visible to you as it should have been, and for that we're sorry.
We never want a customer to feel they've paid for something they didn't use. If your refund request hasn't already been resolved, I'd like to personally look into it and make this right for you.
